Like other recent reviews have stated, this office is not what it used to be. I don’t know what has become of this place but this is not the place I knew three years ago. I don’t know if management has changed but the level of service has definitely changed. In a nutshell, Their admin staff made me an appointment and wasted my time from work and my gas (in this inflated time) after never disclosing that the office has stopped accepting my insurance company network. I had to pay out of pocket. I felt so misled and to top it off, there were many discrepancies in the itemized invoice I received. Outrageous!!! And to know that I almost thought about getting an implant from them, I dodged a huge bullet! But I say good riddance to this new Laurel Smile Dentistry. I will never recommend this dentist to any of my family, friends and acquaintances.

They are so helpful and friendly . Small home town feel with big city excellence. All the dentists are great. My mother had an emergency dental issue before needing to travel abroad and they m all went above and beyond to give her immediate next day care.
I always look forward to my routine cleaning and my time with Finan always feels like hanging with an old friend. Shes attentive, and patient and very good at what she does. I honestly forget I am at the dentists everytime! And, I look forward the next visit in 6 months. Just lovely people and a lovely clinic.
