My husband and I have been going to Dr Sibhatu for several years. The office is very professional and the work is top notch. Since the renovation, it has become the most comfortable dentist office I’ve visited. The only reason for the 4 stars is that, even with an appointment, I tend to wait 15-20 minutes to be seen.
Other than that, this dental team is great for the whole family!

I had a great experience with Dr. Spero, who is incredibly talented and compassionate. Dr. Spero, and my excellent hygienist, Finan, helped me get back on track to better dental hygiene. Dr. Spero urged me to get some dull pain in a tooth looked at, and he referred me to an excellent endodontist. No more pain, thank you! If you go here, you can expect expert care and kindness. Friendly staff and the COVID protocols for the office are excellent. I felt safe. Finally, Dr. Spero donates his services to a variety of charitable causes. That makes you feel extra good about going for a dental visit.

It is a very hospitable, professional, knowledgeable, fancy, and also very organized, modern and high tech office. Everyone I mate was very friendly and professional including Dr. Sibhatu Mussie. I talked people he did their teeth and all are happy and smiling well. He listened my question and took his time explaining his recommendations and also understand my situation very well. I really appreciate it for everything. I highly recommend!

They are terrible! I also understand that they pay persons for reviews. I am a senior(75) and learned that I would need full upper drenchers. I would have to pay out of pocket. Due to an injury at Whole Foods I am unable to work. The total bill was $7,500.00 paid in full. That was July 2021. I have continued to have problems i.e, denchers falling off, soar mouth almost inability to eat. I have lost over 10 lbs. and I hardly con go out socially. It took 3 calls to the office before I received a return call. I was told I needed a liner and they cost $800.00 but they would give me a deal at $500.00! I WAS TOLD THE COST $7,500.00. NEVER DID THEY ANYTHING ABOUT ADDITIONAL COST! They let me suffer for a year! I am calling my attorney. Senior abuse! I am filing a complaint with the Dental Board today! The Board themselfs recommended I file.

I didn’t have the best experience because I believe they overcharged people. I was told that I should pay $150 for an exam after my insurance coverage. I told them to explain why I should pay that amount since I never had to pay that much with my previous dentist. The receptionist after looking at the computer screen for a minute tells me that I don’t have to pay anything and it was a mistake. I was disappointed and never went back. Please make sure you check with your insurance about your out of pocket cost, so they don’t overcharge you.
