Everyone working there has provided exceptional service and kept me informed of the details throughout the entire process ranging from insurance to actual work. Even though my insurance didn't cover some things they worked with me so that I didn't have to wait in pain. I highly recommend this place.

I have recently been going to Euclid Family Dentistry to see Dr. Gardner to get a deep cleaning, a root canal, & a crown. The staff at Euclid Family Dentistry have made this the most comfortable experience I have had while seeing a dentist. The environment is very relaxed, the staff is warm & easy going, Dr. Gardner is very knowledgeable, the procedures were painless, and I was not stuck in the dentist chair all day. If anyone needs work done on their teeth, I recommend them to go see Dr. Gardner and his team at Euclid Family Dentistry, as they will take excellent care of you.

Dr. Michael Gardner was very rude when I requested for X-rays and to get a second opinion. He tried to up sell me over 1,000$ of dental wrk and even proceeded to tell me that my old dentist of 15+ years never filled my cavities because he was not getting paid by insurance when I have records showing he did. Stay Away From This Dental Office!!! They are very rude!!! Dr. Gardner needs to be reported to Dental board.

I just got my veneers teeth done and all I can say is that I’m very happy with the work, Love Dr. Gardner along with his wife they are very sweet , caring and professional, the staff, are very nice and sweet, I highly recommended! I been coming here for 8 years and wouldn’t go no where else!👏👏👏

This is the worst experience I have ever had with a dentist office. The woman at the front desk is rude on the phone. They were rude to my 5 year old for being scared his first visit to the dentist. They tried to up sell me when I was there just to get a referral to a children's dentist. They argue with you if you tell them you do not want their up sell. They were charging me for things the insurance company was supposed to pay for by using the wrong charge code. I wouldn't let these people touch anyone I love.

Most of our parents in Ontario took us to Dr. Stanley in the 70's..Now we are in our 50's and dentists today are blaming him for shoddy work,lost teeth,and major problems..how this guy ever stayed in business is beyond me!! Do not waste your time or money..there are better dentists out there!
