Recently moved to the desert and needed to find a new dentist. So glad I found Modern Dentistry. Dr. Khoi is fantastic as is his hygienist (Taylor), technician (Aurora) and the rest of the staff. Everybody is super pleasant and absolutely no pressure or up-selling. Everything is precisely explained with images to help understand potentially problematic areas. I definitely recommend Modern Dentistry if your looking for a dentist in the Palm Springs area.

This is not Modern Dentistry, I had a appointment at 11 am, I had all my paperwork completed and ready, I received a call to come in early at 10:30 and I did, When I got there the place was not that busy, I signed in and waited, 20 min's , then I asked why they had me come early, they were very irate. and then told me I had to wait another hour, WHY, you said to come in early. I asked them to make a new appointment. I was told that they would email me a referral to another dentist. Never received one. Modern Dentistry charged my insurance $141 dollars for a picture of the broken tooth. My insurance said that has to be wrong and they only pay $5 dollars for picture. I could have done it with my cell phone. I have had a different dentist each time I went. The story goes on and on . I'm finding a new dentist
That has fair pricing. and keeps appointments.

Avoid this dentist. Issues I've experienced at this practice:. 1) Erroneous billing practices, 2) consistent appointment rescheduling, 3) incompetent staff, 4) excessive wait time for partials, 5) horrible communication including refusal of primary dentist to return phone calls, 6) correction scheduling of appointments to correct previous procedures gone wrong, 7) intimidation by office manager for posting critical online reviews, just to name a few. My advice:. seek a dental practice that demonstrates professional dental care.... avoid this business.

Had an early morning appointment for my wife and me. It had rained, and this is Palm Springs, so chaos reigned and we left a half hour early. Unfortunately, it took us and hour and a half to do our usual 20 minute drive. We called in, and told them we would be late. Didn't matter. When we arrived, my appt. had been cancelled, and my wife's appointment would be running late. The next appointment for me would be IN SIX MONTHS! We had another appointment after this, and they told us that it would be well after that time before they could finish her. We changed dentists. That was even worse!

I had my retainer come off at dinner the other night and they got me in right away to get it removed. Everyone was super super nice and helpful! Jules and Aurora were the best.

I was recommended by a friend where we both did not like our previous services at western dental. I was happy I was able to been my next availability. The first impressions always starts with the front desk and Allie was very welcoming and I also noticed with other clients that came in. I did not have to wait long at all. From Allie,Andro, Dr. Le, and Melinda were very DETAILED of my overall health of my teeth. Thank you palm springs modern dentistry for taking care of my health! Looking forward to more services 😀

Never fun going to the dentist but they make it so much easier. A friendly and welcoming staff that seems to enjoy their job and like working there. I have been going there for several years and Dr. Le does excellent work and takes the time to discuss all alternatives and answer questions. Allie then provides information on costs, insurance coverages, etc.
I have had several procedures done there and routine cleanings and oral exams. Dr. Le is gentle and explains what is going to be done and during the work explains what she is doing as the work is done.
I highly recommend Palm Springs Modern Dentistry.

I had the best experience at Palm Springs Modern Dentistry. I was incredibly nervous going to the dentist, and the team made it super comfortable, helped calm my nerves. Katrina and Andro were amazing doing my x-rays and temporary crown mould. Taylor did a really great clean and I couldn't feel a thing. Doctor Le did a full crown and I didn't feel anything. The first time ever I actually didn't flinch in the chair. Finally, Ali was amazing at giving me a heads up on what the out of pocket expenses would be before I committed to any treatments. Overall, I am super impressed with this practice and would happily recommend the team to anyone looking for an amazing dentist.
