An amazing group of people and atmosphere. The best dentist I've been to EVER! They made me feel well informed about the condition of my teeth and very comfortable with the procedures they were performing.

I’d like to start by saying that I’ve come to this office for years. Every single time I come here, all they do is waste my time. The only reason I keep coming is bc I like how clean the office is and how friendly the staff are (minus the doctors) I had a 2:00 appointment and wasn’t called until the day of and told that my dentist (Dr.Le) “wouldn’t be in at that time.” They did this to me at my last appointment. I inconveniently rescheduled with them for an earlier time at 11:30. I paid for a babysitter, arrived on time to my appointment, only to be told that I needed a medical release form bc I’m pregnant. It’s a dental check-up. Had I been called the day before to confirm the appointment or to reschedule for the earlier time, I would have had time to get the medical release form. They told me I could fax one over but my doctor’s office was too busy to do it right away. After 50 minutes of waiting for them to fax over a piece of paper saying that I’m okay to get a dental check up, Dr. Le came out herself, knowing the form was being faxed over in that moment and instead of looking at me or talking to me directly like a professional, she turned to her front desk person and told him to reschedule me again. They wouldn’t even let me see another dentist. This might not seem like a big issue to most of her clientele who have all the time in the world to be there. But it was money out of my pocket to be there, having to pay a baby sitter for no reason. I won’t be rescheduling. If you have a ton of patience and don’t mind incompetent workers and doctors, then this place is for you!

Today was my first visit. Let me tell you... this dentist office was remarkable. The front desk help was so nice and very organized. Dr Schutte is the nicest dentist, she never told me anything was needed that was not. I recognize this because I come from several dentist offices who were below the bar. I finally found my dentist, when I left I was on cloud nine. Dr Schutte, Mario, Taylor, Auora and Katrina are the best! And everyone in this office shined. The attitudes of all were amazing. Dmv level service.
Very difficult to get consistent medical services here. No sense of urgency if an emergency occurs.
If this is your dentistry, they will ask you to live in extreme pain for weeks on end.
Power was out at the office and in lieu of prioritizing rescheduling for those affected, I was told it would be over 3 weeks.
Came in few days later, got an appointment for two days later.
Came in 12 minutes late and told I was 2 minutes too late.
Asked if I could pay someone 200 dollars to take a 45 minute lunch in lieu of a 1 hour break. Total Karen said they can't ask the dentist this. Was asked to leave, lady acted like she would call security.
Totally unempathetic, unethical and simply bad at making money.
I am amazed by this new generation.
They are very good at not making money.
She's said it's OK that she is mean.
Totally relaint on a captive customer base.

Been coming to Palm Springs Modern Dentistry since we moved here in 2016.
Dr Natalie Le is amazing !! Grateful for the professional care from she and her staff over the years. Everything from cleanings to implants.
Ali the receptionist has been there many years and knows me by name. She makes checking in and out seamless and Dr Le and her team always treat me with genuine compassion and concern.
Last week I had to get a tooth extracted. In and out in 1 hour. Erica who assists Dr Le is always prepared and friendly.
Today I had my follow up visit and as always Dr Le knew what was to be done and talked to me about options and Ali provided me with the reasonable cost.
Best in the Desert !!!

I’m new to the desert and just found the best dentist at PS Modern Dentistry! Dr. Li and her team are outstanding professionals. In addition to being genuinely warm and caring, they have a state-of-the- art facility. I’m so grateful to have found my dental home!

This hygienist, I feel , was thorough but her overview of my teeth/gums was discouraging since it makes me wonder what depth of cleaning I’ve received every 4months from the previous hygienist!
I’m fastidious about my dental hygiene so…!

My appointment was as 11 I was not seen until 1:30. Dr Andre was fabulous but office workers not so much .I was told to get my prescriptions filled today an antibiotic and a mouthwash. They said give it an hour I called the pharmacy they never received it I called back to the office twice and they said it had to be approved by the Dr. He approved it when with me.so I go 1 st day without prescription very annoying Hopefully it will be sent tomorrow

We love PS Modern Dentistry! All of the staff are so friendly and kind, but we must give special shout outs to our dentist, Dr. Jang for his professionalism and care and Ali, the insurance coordinator for always going above and beyond.

I worked with my insurance company for MONTHS to resolve why Modern Dentistry had me prepay for work because I was a new patient, they would file insurance and reimburse me. They never filed a claim for the work done. Months of calling, letters, going into the office. I’ve never seen billing practice like this and would never go here again. I filed a complaint with my insurance company and to my employer that Modern Dentistry shouldn’t be an in network dentist due to egregious billing practices.
