Came here twice only because they made me reschedule when I got there, 2nd time I get there and they wanted me to reschedule yet again cuz it turned out they were too busy to take me when its close to an hours drive thats not something ima put up with. And yes I was late the 1st trip but its MY FIRST TIME, add to that the receptionists were rude belligerent and condescending. Talking down to me like I was incompetent

I highly recommend you find some place else. I'm still pretty heated by how condescending they were and rude they were to me Even while they made me reschedule twice. 4 hours worth of driving for nothing

They worked me in sooner then expected for an emergency situation. I am extremely afraid of the dentist. Amazing team all around. Such skill, kindness and grace. Dr. Le has the hands of an artist that paints wellness. The fantastic back office team worked with me on payments. I went from putting off major work out of fear to not being able to wait until I can get back in the chair and on the way to a healthy smile.

I made an apt. 10 days prior to my apt. date.They leave a message the day b4 my apt. to ask me if I have a certain type of Ins. I’m so upset !’ Had they let me know sooner I could have been trying to find a dentist that takes my type of ins.
Besides that, the day I made the apt. I had 2 different receptionists tell me 2 different answers. We could have settled this on my initial call!!

I believe they do good work, clean and the staff is friendly. Myself and other co-work were overcharged and you need to make sure the give you your contracted rate. My was overcharged by a $1000 and co-worker was over $200.

The staff here is so awesome. I'm a talker and they're willing to listen. Also everybody is great at telling fun jokes and just being real with you. You don't get that overwhelming sensation you would in a doctor's office. Down Earth real people. Also very professional.

Dr. Lee and staff are Fenomenal! I have been a patient of hers for 4+ years and have always received respectful courteous service and never felt uncomfortable (it is the dentist) team modern dentistry always makes me feel welcome and goes over pricing in detail before providing services! BEST DENTAL OFFICE IN THE DESERT!

I have to say with all honesty Modern Dentistry has done a fantastic job with me...I was seeing another dentist in La Quinta, this dentist never did what is routine at Modern Denistry...I moved to a different town in the desert, I needed to make a decision go back to my old dentist after loosing 7 teeth and just got finished paying of his bill, or find somebody with new eye, new ideas, I am without a doubt in the right hands...Thank you to the entire staff at Modern Dentistry staff and Dr. Jay...
