Great dental office located in Palmdale, the front desk staff are very courteous and friendly, everything was on time, the team was very professional examining and providing solutions. I got braces, and they did a great job; I felt that I was in good hands, all the staff in the back were very kind, and they explained very well what was going on; I had a fantastic experience would highly recommend it to anyone, special thanks to Diana!

I've been a patient since this place opened years ago. After today I will not be back. I had a crown done two years ago and it's cracked already and they were trying to have me pay full amount of 700 to fix it. It was not done correctly in first place to crack so easily. They didn't care about the quality of their products and just care about being paid. Totally dissatisfied with this dental office. The office people are rude as hell and very unfriendly every time you come in.

I am so lucky to have found this office! The staff is amazing. The dental care team and dentist are very attentive and caring. I am much like anyone else and don’t like going to the dentist. But coming here is such a positive experience. I highly recommend them!

Excellent courtesy and comfortability from the staff at First Class Dental. They are truly first class. They made me feel very comfortable and helped eliminate anxiety that develops when visiting any dentist. Dentist there are were very gentle and understanding. My experience there was top rate and I would highly recommend them.
From the time I walked into the office and was greeted to the time I was thanking the doctor, I was made to feel comfortable and relaxed. Every step was explained to me and I was put at ease by an extensive explanation by the dentist. Great experience from beginning to end.

I went in today for a consultation to see the status of my teeth. I don't go to the dentist often due to my lack of insurance. Still I knew it was time and necessary! So I looked up a few dentists online and found this one. The reviews were great and they weren't being dishonest. This practice is incredibly sweet and welcoming. The Doctor was beyond helpful and honest. He took his time trying to work with me and my situation. Sadly I have never gotten this feeling and experience from many Dentist practices. I am thoroughly impressed. I called earlier to another office to ask how much a consultation would be and it would have been 150.00. This consultation was Free. I have some hope that my teeth will get better now.

Had a good experience until the end of my orthodontic treatment. They were not accommodating and would not fix my broken brackets, which is an emergency, on days other than Monday and Wednesday. They make enough money to have technicians all week long. I am moving across country over the weekend and am not able to wait until the following week. I have paid my contract off in full and they were still not willing to help. A waste of 3 years and over $3,000. I should've just used invisalign. Thanks for wasting my time and money First Class Dental.
