I got my braces put on with Dr Trieu and Diana. They explained everything to me then checked and rechecked to make sure I understood. The office staff is really nice. They kept asking if anything was hurting me. I'm glad I got it done here.

They don’t even deserve the time for us to write down our experience. But please people go somewhere else. They give you your appointment,, you ask for a day off at work.,,, then they tell you that they don’t see you on the system.!! What am I supposed to do when I lost a day of work. Shame on them ,,,, looking for another place!!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would fire off the chemically burned my face and I now have a scar and second off they are just fast bd don’t take their time

The receptionist are so rude, I called a couple times before I wrote a review to this place, my kids have been going there for the last 2 years, I thought I gave them a couple of shots before writing a review for this place, I had to set up appointments, every time I called they sound upset, short of temper I’m going to change Dentist. I just hate this place.

DO NOT. I REPEAT. DO NOT COME HERE. Save your money and go elsewhere. It might be cheaper than other places, but there’s a reason why. I had work done to my teeth and I wasn’t satisfied. All the work was done by one of the assistants. Not one time did the actual doctor there (Dr. Trieu) touch my teeth during the procedure nor even look at the final result. He doesn’t care how you feel about results he only cares about the money. I was unhappy with the results, so I spoke with the assistant and explained I was unsatisfied. She said they’d fix it at no additional cost. I go to my next appointment hoping to start the process. I didn’t want all the work to be redone, I just wanted to find a solution to fix the minor problem. Dr. Trieu checks my teeth and tells me what we can do to fix the problem. At this point I’m happy. Minutes later while sitting down, I get hit with a bill for the same amount of money I had already paid. He really tried to re-charge me for the whole thing. He comes over and tells me he isn’t going to redo anything nor come to an agreement. I told him the assistant had already told me they‘d fix it at no additional cost. He didn’t believe me. He calls the assistant over and tells me to repeat what she had said to me. He tells her “Did you say this”? She says “Yes I did”. He then switches everything and says “but I didn’t say that, so I’m not fixing anything”. He then started to be rude and very unprofessional with little remarks he said to me. I tell him that all this is clearly a lack of communication. I told him I was willing to come to an agreement. I told him to meet me half way. He said NO. I asked if I could talk to someone else. He said “I’M IT” and that’s where he left off with me. Turns out to be that he is part owner of the office. I couldn’t believe that the actual owner treats people this way. After this experience I talked around and this isn’t the first time he does this. I heard over 5 stories just like mine (unsatisfied customers). You get what you pay for I guess. I run a very successful local business here in the A.V. I will never recommend this office to anyone and I will be sure to tell everyone to not come here. Word of advice “Dr. Trieu” treat the people that make you money better. Just because you’re in a higher position doesn’t mean you can walk all over people, especially if they want to come to an understanding with you. I’m going to use my platform and voice I have here in the city. If you’re reading this and find yourself in the same situation I’m in. Don’t feel helpless. Call the credit card company that approved you “CARE CREDIT” and let them know your situation. They will fight for you.

Update: The teeth that they put in ended up falling out. I am now getting them redone at a better professional dental office with more experience. 1st class dental only has 2 years experience. KEEP THAT IN MIND.

I am super scared to see the dentist, so I avoid going at all cost: But when the tooth hurts, I was forced to go. I suffered for three days then couldn't handle it anymore. I asked to be put to sleep to get my wisdom teeth removed and Dr Trieu start an IV in my arm. In less than a minute, I was out and the procedure was done when I woke up. I have other dental work to get done and I'm considering getting the IV AGAIN.

Great service. Staff is unbelievably nice, especially Maria. I came here and brought my 4 kids and all of them had a good experience with Dr. Kang and Dr. Trieu. Kids were scared at first but said the doctors were very nice. Dr. Trieu was very nice and understanding. Thank you First Class Dental

As a new member at first class dental, I highly recommend them to any and everybody. Staff & Doctors are very attentive and caring. AMAZING SERVICE!

I found out about Dr. Kang while searching for a new dentist in general but also for someone knowledgeable about dental appliances for sleep apnea. My last dentist had palmed me off on a 20-something year old assistant who seemed to not know how to take the molds and the dentist was uninterested in resolving the fit problems. Dr. Kang, on the other hand, is a complete joy to work with in every way. He is very pleasant, extremely knowledgeable, really listens, takes his time and cares about doing quality work. I highly recommend FIRST CLASS DENTAL as they know what they are doing and everyone is very nice. Superb dentist.

My first time here, my first impression is the place is very clean, new building, staff is nice. Like that they have a movie playing and some music in the background. Makes for a comfortable relaxing experience. Once I have service will review that experience as well.
