Albert M. Tsang DDS - Pinole General and Implant Dentistry

So very grateful to Albet M. Tsang DDS and all his staff for being so attentive and caring when I had very bad tooth infection. They ended up removing it the same day even though they were fully booked. I came back to the office almost before their closing and it took a lot of effort to remove it, but doctor and his assistant made sure that I am as comfortable as possible, leading me with short updates on how everything going. This is a second time I had an emergency visit, both time the service was excellent.
I do have another dentist I go to on regular basis but they were not available the day of. Also on a side note, the office was very clean and well organized. Thank you very much again.

I worked in Dental office 12 years ago, so I pretty picky about choosing dentist for my family in accordance with their knowledge, style, customer service., etc. My family and I moved to that area, and we look for good dentists nearby. I found Dr. Albert Tsang office has pretty good review. We gave a try for my husband and I, this is what we found:

- very patience to explain all procedures n possibilities with professional knowledge

- Not money oriented (some dental offices pursue you to do lots of things which is unnecessary ) , price is reasonable

- the technique is excellent , I didn’t feel pain when injection.

This was the best dental experience I've ever had in my life. I got my tooth filled and I always expect at least a minimal amount of pain and discomfort. Also, I expect at the end that my tooth will feel weird for a few days. None of that happened. It was super smooth and fast. It was actually quite enjoyable because they put headphones on my ears with classical music and they put dark glasses on my eyes to cut out the glare from the bright lights. I'm so appreciative. My mouth felt completely normal after the procedure. I would highly recommend this dental office.

I've been going to Dr. Tsang for about 6 years and have always been happy with the care provided by him and his team. They've managed any concerns I've had about my oral health thoughtfully and quickly. I'd never had a filling done there until today, and it had been over 10 years since my last one, so I was a little nervous. They did a great job and the process was quick and painless.

Great staff, and Dr. Albert Tsang is highly instrumental in my dental health. My first visit a few years ago was quite different from my routine visits now. Thanks to him for guiding me as to the best care and maintenance of my dental care. No cavities ever since, and with his recommended regimen, no major issues to contend with. Friendly staff. Up to date. Very Professional!

I love going to see my dentist. Dr. Tsang's team is very personable and approachable, and I am happy to say that we have built a positive relationship over the 2+ years I would be going to see them. They have great bedside manner, so scared patients need not be!

The best quality work and professional dentist. Dr. Tsang knows how to numb you up. Rosanne, hygienist, does a great job - Very gentle and thorough. My husband has a fear of dentist - Only place he will go. Worth the commute from Concord.

Albert and his team continue to amaze me with their level of professionalism, and their attention to detail with my care. I’ve been able to schedule appointments without any issues. They take the time to address my concerns, the cost, the timeframe for treatment, and any type of aftercare that may be needed. They allow room to answer any questions that may come up. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone that has PPO dental plan.

Albert M. Tsang DDS is an excellent dentist. The standard and the quality of his treatments performed are very high. I recommend him to anyone because Dr. Tsang is also kind and compassionate.

I can put my word in for how professional Dr. Tsang was in taking care of my dental needs. Take a peek at the pictures below AND tell me that isn't amazing! Throughout my case, he was able to communicate my dental needs, costs, and operations in a professional manner, look for ways to save me money through insurance, and have patience for my tedious dental case. He is also very well-spoken, which I noticed off the first bat of meeting him. This was nothing like my last dentist!

Not to mention, his staff, from the front desk workers to the dental assistants, surgeons, and the lab staff in Pinole. Shoutout to y'all! I've had chances to interact with a lot of the staff and I can say, without a doubt, they are a culturally diverse group that really CARES about your dental needs.

For my dental case pictures on the bottom, I had a dental crown procedure done on my front four teeth. Now, I get compliments from my orthodontists, friends, coworkers, and family about how my teeth transformed and all I can do is thank myself for going to Dr. Tsang for my crown procedure, wisdom teeth removal, and teeth cleanings.
