Albert M. Tsang DDS - Pinole General and Implant Dentistry

The most welcoming and patient staff I have ever been with! I have to say that no matter what questions I ask they have an answer and they are willing to provide great analysis on my family and I's teeth! Well worth driving an hour to come here and get my dental work done. I already have my next appointment ready to go!

I had an unfortunate accident over the weekend when I tripped and fell flat on my face chipping a tooth along with 8 stitches in my lower lip. Despite the embarrassing circumstances I called my dental office to make and appointment.

They told me to come right in to be seen by Dr. Tsang. They were compassionate and professional. Dr. Tsang shared personal stories of similar experiences and made me feel comfortable. He gave me the option to have the work done right away on my still sore mouth or to put a temporary patch on it. I choose the patch.

The office staff was competent and polite they scheduled my follow-up appointment and provided a copy of the plan including my cost.

Overall they made a difficult situation Pleasent.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Tsang since he took over the practice from Dr. Au. Dr. Tsang has a great gentle manner. He is patient and explains everything in understandable terms. The staff is professional and Rosanna is the best hygienist. Thank you for your dedicated care.

I would recommend them to anyone thinking of any kind of dental work large or small. The staff there is very nice, courteous and professional! I always come out of there feeling confident in knowing that my teeth and any issues are addressed/taken care.

My family and I went in for our cleaning and I was a little hesitant due to the current pandemic. However, when I saw all of the staff wearing PPE, plexiglass installed at the reception area, hand sanitizers and air purifiers everywhere, my anxiety was instantly put at ease. They really went above and beyond to ensure the safety of their staff and patients. They consistently execute quality work and are always courteous and friendly! Dr. Tsang and his team have adapted to our "new normal" seamlessly.

Dr. Tsang, Catherine, Elsa, and Michelle are awesome! I recently had a crown put in and you cannot even tell I had work done! I was very hesitant and worried about how it would look, but Dr. Tsang's talent made my crown look very natural! I also needed my permanent crown rushed due to 2 baby showers I had to attend and they had it ready for me in 1 week instead of 2 weeks! They rock!!! I also wanted to give a shoutout to the lady in the lab that did a great job on the color matching! Dr. Tsang and his "A" Team are the best!!! Quality work with excellent customer service!

I was brought to this place on a groupon deal for Zoom Whitening and ended up switching dentists. Dr. Tsang is very knowledgeable and great at his work. All my experiences here have been very pleasant and comfortable. I would highly recommend Dr. Tsang to friends and family. He has definitely made me more confident in my smile.

I’ve been going here for 3 years now because the staff and service is great. Every single time I go to get a procedure done I leave satisfied and happy because they do a quick and perfect job. The office is spotless. They always recommend something that might be helpful for my teeth whenever I have a problem and they always follow up with calls after my appointments to see how I am doing. They are very attentive and take good care of me.

One of my porcelain crowns cracked on me and my usual dentist wasn't taking patients due to the C.V. So I had to find another dentist Asap. It was Friday afternoon Lucky for me I found Dr Tsang's office open for business, the receptionist made me an appt. for that Monday. I spent about 10 minutes in the waiting room filling out the usual forms and then moved to a room where the dental assistant took some x-rays, shortly after Dr Tsang came in to examine my tooth and a new crown was ordered. 2 weeks later crown was installed and now I'm a happy camper again! Dr Tsang was very friendly and professional, his staff was also very friendly and attentive. I will be going back for another exam & cleaning.

Have been coming to Dr. Tseng for around 3 years now. Everyone at the office is incredibly kind and patient. They remember who you are and take the time to see how you are doing. This is a guilt-trip free office that won't make you feel bad about your teeth or frequency of your flossing while at the same time giving information on how to improve your mouth care.

The cleanings are thorough and efficient and I have been very happy with the quality of a couple cracked fillings they fixed/ replaced. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else

Dr. Tsang is simply the best. I broke my tooth yesterday and he was able to see me this morning. He had to get to work early to fit me in and he didn’t hesitate. He is a dentist who deeply cares about the well being of his patients.
