Albert M. Tsang DDS - Pinole General and Implant Dentistry

Probably the most productive and thorough dental visit i've ever had. Truly caring and professional folks that work here. I don't feel like i've been taken advantage of, which is a common theme among my past dentists. I'm happy to have paid a visit and look forward to my 6 month checkup.

I was referred to Dr. Tsang by my brother who has been going to him for a while now. I have been hopping from dentist to dentist trying to find a place that I liked and I've finally found it. I've always dreaded going to the dentist, especially a new one, but Dr.Tsang and his staff are awesome. They made me feel comfortable and at ease and continue to do so every time I have an appointment. They also let me listen to music of my choice as they work on my teeth, which to me is the best thing ever! As everyone knows, dental procedures are not cheap, but Elsa was able to work out a payment plan that would allow me to get my work done without having to put it off until it got any worse. I would definitely recommend Dr. Tsang's office to anyone looking for a new dentist.

Dr Tsang is a great dentist. Very gentle and caring. I use to be in the dental field and I know a great dentist when I see one. His staff is also very sweet and caring. I highly recommend him.

When my husband and I moved back to the Bay Area we were referred to Dr. Tsang's office and were relieved to have found an excellent practice. The entire staff is very professional and very friendly. Our kids are extremely comfortable with the staff/environment...they actually look forward to our check-ups every 6 months! Dr. Tsang and his staff are very knowledgeable and take good care of all our dental needs. We are very grateful to be under Dr. Tsang's care and to be part of his dental "family."

Our whole family has been going here for years. When Dr. Au retired, on his recommendation, we remained with the new dentist, Dr. Tsang. He's a good dentist and is carrying on in the fine, professional tradition established over many years by Dr. Au. I would recommend him to anyone with confidence. My experiences there have always been pleasant. The whole crew are like extended family. My children have gone to this dental office throughout their entire childhoods into adulthood. Elsa, the receptionist has always been thoughtful and kind and greets everyone with a huge smile. BTW: In early childhood I was hurt badly by a dentist. In my late teens started going to this office and lost all fear. I've never, ever experienced pain here. These folks are great! I hope you will consider this dental group for all of your family's needs.

My family always enjoy going to this dental office. The employees are always hospitable. There team communicates very well with email and text. Were always sent a birthday card and reminders for check ups.

I have been coming to this office since last year and very pleased with the excellency of the service that was provided to me and my kids. The office staff is very kind and polite. The doctor and assistant are thorough and unpretentious. The office is very clean and social distancing protocols are being followed. This dentists’ office was a pleasant place to visit.

First visit with Dr. Tsang and staff. From my first phone call to Crystal explaining why I was looking for a new dentist, to the efficiency of new patients forms emailed (less direct contact during COVID-19), to discussions of wether or not I should get prior records to my first visit, I could not have felt more positive about being a person that was cared for and not a faceless number. Welcoming, professional and compassionate at every encounter. A day before my appointment I was emailed a Covid questionnaire, and my temperature was taken upon arrival. Staff wearing masks and face shields. A very efficient wearing masks and face shields. A very efficiency run practice. Crystal who answered the phone also did my x-rays, the doctor also took photos of my teeth, did a full examination, went over my hot spots with suggestions and treatment plans, and he did my cleaning. The dental assistant was in there assisting with water and suction while the doctor used the ultrasound to clean, picks for under the gums and polished. Quick, painless (always checked to see if I was comfortable and could raise my hand to indicate sensitivity) and professional. Dr. Tsang and I had a frank discussion about my gums and overall teeth health and I left with a plan, follow up visit and equipment to better care for my oral health. Your parting gift bag does not include a .50 generic toothbrush and floss, but a spin brush for better gum health, floss and toothpaste. He also suggested using an air floss which I purchased from him for less than Target prices (I checked).
Dr. Tsang and his office are true professionals who care for your health and treat you as a person and not a wallet. Their cash client discounts are significant and much better than my prior who only gave me 10% discount. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
