Albert M. Tsang DDS - Pinole General and Implant Dentistry

Great dentist, great staff. Everyone is very professional and knows what they are doing. My old dentist was unable to do anything about a small bump on my gums and this office has literally taken great care of my teeth/gums since my first visit. Would definitely reccommend, even if it's out of network and you can afford the difference.

I am a new patient of Tsang and I had my first appointment today. Everyone was very polite and kind from the front desk to the dental assistants. Dr. Tsang and Dr. Chen are extremely professional, thorough and patient. Hands down the Best dental exam and cleaning that I’ve ever received. Awesome experience! I was extremely amazed of the quality in service and attention to detail I received from Dr. Tsang’s dental office . From taking my X-rays and reviewing them with me. They listened to my concerns with the discomfort that I had and took measures to alíviate them on that same visit. I was so use to a rushed service at my previous dental office, where the Dr. was working on multiple patients at the same time, there I always felt like the care was limited to a small time frame. And getting an appointment or even a call back was frustrating. But not here at Dr. Tsang’s, I called and the very next day there was an opening for me as a new patient. They also walked me thru steps to better care for my teeth and even had a device ready for purchase so I could continue care at home. So no need to worry from now on, I found my new dentist!!!! So happy I listened to my best friend’s referral!!!!

Doctor Tsang’s entire staff was friendly, personable and efficient. Dental hygienist cleaned my teeth, checked gum lines and looked at some of the old fillings. Definitely a 5 star experience from start to finish.

Best dental experience I've ever had!
Ok first thing, nobody likes going to the dentist but it's absolutely necessary. I went to Dr. Tsang after experiencing a not so pleasing outcome with another dentist who told me I would need a root canal on a particular tooth, I decided it would be best and cheaper to just have it removed.

Dr. Tsang after examining it, saw no need for a root canal, so I scheduled an appointment with him to have the work performed.

I can't rave enough about my experience there. The office is very clean, the office staff were very polite, the dental assistants were proficient and courteous; professionalism all around.
Dr. Tsang was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions, (and I definitely asked alot), he worked on my tooth, and did an excellent job. Little to no pain and a quick recovery. I was chewing with that tooth the very next day.
Great experience all around, I highly recommend the dental office of Dr. Tsang!!

Dr. Tsang and his staff are incredible! Very polite, patient and understanding. They greet you with warm smiles and assist you with any questions or concerns you may have. I’d recommend Dr. Tsang and his practice hands down. Talks you through your procedure and informs you with honest feedback. I’m comfortable every time I visit and I look forward towards my my next appointment.

I had a wonderful experience! The front office staff were friendly, courteous, and helpful. The appointment was timely with almost no wait time in the lobby or treatment room. Dr. Tsang took time to fully explain treatment options and address my questions and concerns. The hygienist was knowledgeable and efficient. I had a wonderful new patient experience. Definitely a hidden gem in the Bay Area!

I found Dr Tsang through a Yelp visit. He had 5-stars. I’ve been with him for several years and I have not been disappointed. The office is always clean, staff professional and polite. My hygienist is thorough in cleanings. Dr Tsang is really kind. The dental areas are so relaxing. After the pandemic broke out, their office is a safe place to go. I’m very happy with my dentist and his staff.

Everyone from the ladies at the front desk to the hygienist and both dentists are friendly and professional. I've never had an issue and I look forward to my cleanings and xrays.
