During my initial visit with Dr. Ngo, I voiced my concerns about feeling anxious while at the dentist. I feel he listened and made me feel super comfortable today.
I like that this office uses a product that numbs your gums before injection. I didn’t feel a thing and clearly he numbed the correct nerves, because I didn’t flinch one time during the replacement of an old crown. The doctor always stopped and checked on how I was doing.
I encourage everyone to go online and read his mission statement. He lives by every word!! Thank you to everyone. This is the beginning of a great relationship.

The team at Pacific Street Dental is amazing. Dr. Ngo recently took over for Dr. Roslund and his commitment to upholding an established practice is clear. Dr. Ngo is kind, professional, expert and cares very much about each of his patients. I also love that I am always scheduled with the same hygienist each visit - it gives continuity to care and I absolutely LOVE Nicole. Gina and Cindy who run the run the front office are always cheerful, thorough, helpful and professional. Everyone in this office makes "going to the dentist" a pleasant experience and one I don't dread. I even look forward to seeing everyone!
