I like feeling welcomed and known. No one really likes going to the dentist but they make sure you’re comfortable from the time you come in, to the time you leave. They text you to remind you of upcoming appointments. They text you to let you know you haven’t been in a while (guilty). Everyone is super friendly and helpful. I can’t see myself anywhere else for my dental needs :-)

I am SO disappointed. After being a client for 2 years I call with a tooth emergency and they say they can’t schedule me because they dropped my insurance! Now I’m scrambling around town trying to find a place that will help me so I don’t lose a front tooth. That is absolute terrible costumer service. I also had major upcoming appointments with them. Sometimes it doesn’t matter how great the doctors are the way you communicate to your clients is everything. It would have been nice to know that information.
