My first visit to this office today was excellent from start to finish, & all COVID protocols were followed, The office & exam rooms are lovely & spotless. The receptionist was very pleasant & efficient both at check-in & check-out. Mike took my x-rays & was very gentle & has a great personality. He also expertly flossed & polished my teeth after my exam. Dr. Bakke performed the exam & did the initial new patient hygiene herself. She discussed my x-rays, & made recommendations for at-home dental care. I left the office feeling very professionally cared for. I highly recommend Dr. Bakke, Mike, & Del Dental Group.

Best dentist on the west side, bar none. Been a patient for over 10yrs (two visits per year). Always courteous, always punctual, always thorough with an excellent chair-side manner that puts procedures at ease.

Del Dental treats both me and my son now. I would recommend them because I trust them.

I was having tooth pain and no longer trusted my former (aging) dentist and needed to see someone ASAP. I was able to get an appointment the next day! From the front desk staff, to the dental assistants and the doctor, everyone was beyond wonderful! So nice, gave me great information, and we're very accommodating. I am so glad I found Del Dental Group!!

The customer service here is really good. The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel good and cared for. I have the option to go to other dentists if I like, but will choose Del Dental Group any day all day!!

Del Dental is a first class operation that I've gone to for more than 20 years. They are a professional organization who treat their clients with dignity and respect. They are well trained at what they do and each visit is Avery pleasant. Experience. In my opinion they have great bed side manner.

This is an updated review. I’ve been going to the Del Dental Group for about a year and I still have nothing but positive things to say about this group. Today I went in for a cleaning and also met with Dr. Fattahi for the first time. I can confidently include her with all the other positive things I had to say about Dr. Bakke and their great staff. I sincerely love this office and how they’ve completely eliminated the fears I used to have about seeing the dentist. It’s incredible this turn around in my feelings about keeping my dentist appointments that these great people have accomplished with me. I still strongly recommend this dental office, especially if you had a fear of the dentist in the past. They are caring, friendly, and excellent at explaining every step of the way.

This was my first visit to this see Dr. Andrea Bakke. The first thing that is great about this dental office is the parking. Amazingly convenient and ample parking right behind the building. Ok, but great parking doesn’t necessarily mean great dentist, but fortunately in this case I am also giving high marks to both the dentist and her staff. All were professional, friendly and easy to talk to. Their explanations were thorough and they answered all my questions with me actually feeling relieved and positive about the plans for my future treatments. I’m pretty sure I’ve finally found a great dentist and dental office that I’ll be comfortable coming back to.

Another update, 08/19/2020. Del Dental continues to please. Went there today for my regular checkup. It was super fast. When I got to the parking lot I texted the office to let them know I arrived. Less than a few minutes I was texted back to come in. Every thing was super clean and you could tell they wanted to keep everyone’s risk at the bare minimum. Very impressed again. Not even the pandemic has lowered their standards of professionalism and care for their patients.

I've been to many dentists, and the ones at this office have consistently been the most skilled, most ethical, and most considerate of any I've ever met...and I've had a lot of dental work in my life! I've been a patient of Del Dental since approx 2007, so I've been with them for 10 years with no complains. I actually enjoy going there - even when I had to have an emergency root canal on a Saturday. They made me laugh, and it was not painful. They've repaired bad dental work for me (from previous dentists), and I've had to have a few new crowns there which all feel and look great. Most impressive: It's the only dental office I've ever visited that has front desk staff, hygienist staff, and billing staff members who've been in that office for over 10 years...and they all remember my name and smile when I'm there. There is little to no turnover of staff - which says a LOT and is extremely rare in the medical field. I'm a chiropractor, and appreciate that they can always answer my questions intelligently, and display excellent "Bedside Manner." But most important, they do extremely high quality work, and will guarantee the quality of their crowns, fillings, and work as long as you're a patient.
