Clean and efficient dentist office. Appointments are confirmed via text message and email which are very convenient. Patients are greeted immediately upon entering the office and all staff members are friendly. I left with tender gums after my last visit because of rough hygienist, but otherwise a great experience!

Super good dental hygienist! Very fast and good at not poking anything - she does everything perfectly. They offer an iodine rinse too which although pricey for $70 is probably a good idea and WAY better than using daily alcohol rinses that dry your mouth and saliva. I looked up iodine mouth wash afterwards and found a USA brand you can get for a lot but it's nice to just use it on occasion (once a week) and get the full benefit of a substance that kills all bacteria and doesn't burn your mouth out. I do take very good care of my teeth so maybe someone with bigger problems may take longer to clean but if you are like me and just go in for a super good clean this is the BEST!

It was great! I felt welcomed right from the beginning with plenty of parking in the back. Dr. Bakke was extremely attentive, concise, precise, and informative. Mike made me feel very comfortable with the X-rays, and Edwin was careful, gentle, and thorough with my cleaning. Highly recommend Del Dental Group!

Have been clients since 2002 and still come twice yearly despite moving to Pasadena. Excellent hygienists and Dr Fattahi is a gem of a person and an excellent clinician. Front desk is also professional and polite which is always appreciated.

My three children and I always get the best treatment from the most talented, gentle and kind doctor. Her staff is always so professional, patient and super friendly. I would recommend this office to all my friends snd family.

This practice is SKETCHY! I read a few reviews before going that mentioned unexpected charges and up-sells and didn’t want to believe them, but man, were they right. I had a full dental exam and cleaning here and the overall experience started off fine. The staff were friendly. The waiting area was nice. The exam room was a little dated and didn’t feel exactly as clean as it should, but it’s LA so I didn’t think much of it.

As I was leaving, I was told there would be a $100 charge for a completely unnecessary 3D scan of my mouth that was taken. This charge was not communicated to me before the scan and I was never given an option to have the scan or not. I didn’t even know what was going on when they were doing it. I questioned the charge and the woman at the desk went to talk with the owner of the practice and came back to tell me I was all set and didn’t have to pay because it was a “new procedure”. This left me a little skeptical that the charge wasn’t real in the first place.

Fast forward to a few weeks later, where I am trying to have my x rays sent to my new dentist because I had a bad feeling about this place. I had to call twice just to get the release form emailed to me, and a third time to have my x rays sent. This alone is annoying enough, but then they go on to tell me that there is a $25 charge for a copy of my records. Why am I only hearing of this after talking to someone 3 times? I spoke with the manager, who immediately waived the fee saying it was a “new process” that had begun in the two weeks since I first requested the transfer. BULLSH*T. Not to mention, whoever initially answered my phone call was incompetent enough to require me to spell my simple, 5-letter last name for her 3 times and still look up my record incorrectly. After several minutes, she was not even able to find my email because their system gets “backed up”.

In the end, I paid nothing for my visit or my record transfer but am fully convinced that this place is extremely shady. The incompetence of the staff makes me question the skill level of the dentist and hygienists, too. Stay away if you can. If they’re asking you for money unexpectedly, simply questioning the charge seems to get them to back down and “waive it”.

The staff is always nice and welcoming. The office stays clean and I really like the group of physicians at this dental office. Today I was seen by Dr Bakke and she was thorough and awesome!

Many thanks to the Dental Hygenist at Dr. Fattahi’s Office today! I keep forgetting to ask her name so I can give her credit for always doing an excellent job! She is always professional, gentle, and polite. I will keep coming back to this Dental Office as long as there are great staff like her helping patients!

I absolutely love coming to this dentistry! For someone who hates getting my teeth worked on they know how to make it a much better experience. The staff is super friendly and cares about every patient. Highly recommend!
