Rancho Cucamonga Smiles Dentistry

We’ve been going here for about 10 years and always had a positive experience. My 9 year old daughter was terrified of the idea of dentists until we starting coming here when she was 5. Dr. Kha and dental assistant Britney are an amazing combination for her. They explain everything they are doing and what will happen next. They are always very kind and patient with her too. My daughter is no longer afraid of dentists because of them. I highly recommend them if you have a child afraid of the dentist. Thank you for always taking such good care of my family every time we come in.

First off let me tell you how TERRIFIED I am of the dentist. I never want to go because it gives me so much anxiety, but coming to this dental office was AMAZING. The team that worked with me was Breanna, Mayra, and Dr. Kha. They each were very patient with me and helped me to calm down. Dr. Kha was extremely gentle, even with shots I normally freak out but I felt very minimal pain, and my filling I had done let me tell you PAINLESS! I also had a deep cleaning done by Natalie and she was so patient, she took her time and even for the sensitive areas she would stop and ask if I needed a break instead of just making me suffer. Lastly my check in and check out with Alissa was great she is super friendly, also made me feel very comfortable while checking in I had mentioned to her how nervous I was and while I waited in the lobby she took the time to talk to me and assure me that they would take great care of me, instead of just sitting in silence lol. My over all experience at Rancho Smiles was amazing and if you are near them I would definitely recommend making this your dental office!

This office has the most amazing staff. From the time I called to make the appointment from when I left from my first big dental procedure was nothing but a great experience! All staff was friendly and the office was clean, I felt well taken care of and was given the best dental care I’ve ever received. A huge shout out to the front office lady Sara who made sure everything went smoothly for my procedure! Definitely will be coming back for my dental needs !

Very good service, from the person who attends you when you arrive, the one who takes the x-rays and Doctor John Hsieh I definitely recommend this place excellent service. I have been coming to this office for more than a year and in each visit I have done very well in the treatments I have had, I have received the best attention and of course I recommend it 100%

Kindness counts! This office with Brittney and Natalie go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable. They are patient and amazing with even the most fearful patients (me!) and reduce my anxiety immediately. You need to go here for all your dental needs! Dr. Abdelkarim is the best too. The entire office staff goes above and beyond! If you’re afraid of visiting the dentist- you need to visit Rancho Cucamonga Smiles- and you too will leave with a smile on your face!

I have been with this dental office for several years. There were some system errors and miscommunication but overall very great experience.

My doctor Manal is nice and professional. She answers all of my concerns clearly. My hygienist Natalie is also very good. She works very hard to make sure each of my tooth is clean. They care about patients very much.

I love their office ladies too. Both of them are pretty and have big smiles all the time even though they have masks.

Dentists at location are good. The low rating is for the staff which deals with appointment reminders and insurance items. Received a call from the dentist's office the day before appointment stating there was an insurance error I had to get fixed. I called my insurance and made the change requested. I then called the dentist's office and asked if they could please double check everything was in order. They said they would. I did not receive a call back. The day of appointment I called in the morning to make sure everything was good to go before I took time off to go to appointment. Staff stated everything was good. I show up to the appointment and am told the same insurance issue is still there. The dentist's staff called my insurance a few minutes before my appointment and waited until I got there to let me know issue was still ongoing. My appointment was in the afternoon, the staff could have confirmed with my insurance in the morning not waited until a few minutes before my appointment. I called the insurance who stated there was no issue, everything on their end looked fine. I spent an hour trying to get the "issue" resolved. Better communication among their staff and with their patients would be nice.

I love coming here and I have the best experience every single time. They are extremely professional and I get the best treatment in the world. Natalie is the best hygienist I’ve ever had, and she has an amazing singing voice! She always sings to me while doing my cleaning and it’s so nice and relaxing! Dr Manal is also the best dentist out there! You won’t regret trying them out!!

I have been going here for a few years now and love going with Dr. Hsieh. He is good has a lot of patience when doing procedures. He also treats people good and remembers his clients. I'm glad he's back at this office.

Smiles is the best place for all of your dental needs.. I made an appointment here after not seeing a dentist for a few years. I tend to get very nervous about seeing a dentist, but the staff here made my visit a very pleasant and stress free experience. Everyone who worked there were all very professional and courteous.
I ended up needing to get a deep cleaning and Natalie was the best hygienist I’ve ever had. She was very friendly, gentle, and did an amazing job. My teeth are spotless! not to mention she’s easy on the eyes. Definitely will be coming back!
