The business management side of this dental practice is sketchy. I always ask what my co-pay is and pay before services. Numerous times, 6 to 8 months later at my next appointment, I’m told by the front desk people that I have a balance due. When asked for an explanation, I get a 2-minute spiel that leaves me more confused than when I learned I owe more money to them. Their website states “we will send you a monthly statement.” That is not true. I have never been sent an itemized statement for services I paid for, nor ever been sent a bill for balances they say are due. I have not figured out whether this is an inept business or I am being scammed out of my money. I’ve decided to take my business elsewhere. Beware.
