I don't want to go somewhere who treats you like a data file. Disgusted. Go online and look up beside manner. Then go online and look up the definition of human being, then go online and try to figure out when you started treating people like widgets. Then go online and go online so you can go online. Hateful.

Dr Sorrick is the most positive person in the world first of all, I've been to a lot of different dentist in my life time, and I was always very nervous about any procedures being done, but he made it so much better for me with his stories and humming songs and jokes, and he has done great work on my teeth, and again I was never satisfied with my teeth as I am now. I can smile now and I'm not embarrassed anymore.

After 2 years of not beaing able to go to the Dr Orlando and Sorrick due to a infection in my knee. I got my teeth cleaned by Michelle the hygenest . She was very skilled and gentle. She made my first cleaning after 2 years Very gentle and did a Great job. as a Dental customer for over 20+ years at Orlando and Sorrick it is something I have experanced and grown to enjoy! That's a lot from a dental group!

I had the most amazing dental appointment today.. well as amazing as a dental appointment could be. The staff was so friendly and welcoming, the doctor took time to personally say hello to me. Tami was very kind, helpful, and knowledge about the financial aspects. Overall such a great experience!

Severe lack of communication on pricing and astronomical prices for people who are paying out of pocket. I was quoted a price multiple months ago to get a crown. As I arrived to my appointment I was hit with a bill that was 45% higher than what I remember being quoted just a few months prior. Since I wasn't expecting to pay 45% more I didn't have enough funds to cover it so I inquired about their payment plan and was informed I'd need to pay more than double my initial estimate. Overall a terrible situation and experience. Would not recommend. I won't be back.
