Cody was very helpful with telling me all my treatment plan options. Definitely the nicest and most on top of it worker I’ve met here definitely knows his stuff and truly appreciated all the knowledge and help he gave me and continued to check on me during my appointment to make sure all my needs were met! Appreciated his time and help from today he made my five hour appointment well worth the wait! He’s definitely on top of it all which many were not and didn’t know what I was asking he answered all questions immediately and was very efficient and super kind!! Definitely one of the best employees here and he made my visit so much better especially being 29 weeks pregnant he made it all happen and was beyond helpful

I would give them a - 5 star for customer service. Had an appointment yesterday at 2 p.m
They said it would be an hour before somebody would see us. Hour later ask again was told it would be another hour. At 4 went back and the girl said sorry the only thing we can do today is the x-rays. Was called back up to the desk and was told they couldn't do x-rays because they couldn't have overtime so to make another appointment. Are you kidding me. What's an appointment for? Waited for two and a half hours and still got no service. That is two and a half hours of my life they should pay me for wasting my time. I would never go back there again if they were only dentists in the world. This is an update I was told somebody would contact me from corporate. That did not happen. Proves to me they are all about money could care less about their clients.

Kelly was very professional and excellent customer service. Being very precise on answering all questions I had too. The staff makes you feel welcomed. If there were problems in the past, they are doing everything right now. Thank You Western Dental Staff

I showed up 30 min before my appointment time and had to wait outside in the cold because I didn’t bring a mask with me.

I waited for 2 hours outside before they took me in for X-rays, they had me wait in the X-ray room while they cleaned the chair i would sit in.

I waited another hour in that chair before they came to talk about payment and had me sign a bunch more documents. Then they said oh actually we aren’t going to have you sit in this chair and they took me to another one where I sat for another hour while they ate lunch.

The lady finally came but realized everything wasn’t setup so she had to set it up which included running a power cable over the top of my body because they didn’t have a long enough cord.

Sub par 20 min cleaning, I had a better experience in Mexico. 4 hour wait for a 20 min cleaning. My wife had a similar experience 2 days ago. We will not be returning and will be recommending our insurance stop recommending this company.

I am never disappointed with Western Dental

The staff is extremely patient. I came in stressed out tired from a long night with a four month old baby and they were patient with me giving me time to reflect and balance and focus on getting done what I needed

They referred me to a surgeon that my son needs that is absolutely amazing and has already scheduled his surgery the same day that I called him and left this office

Saba, dr kjanri and the other woman I forgot her name I apologize were just beyond amazing and treated me and my children with the upmost respect and I am super grateful because I've never had a bad experience in any city I've had services with you

I came here for x rays because one of my molars was causing pain. I waited hours before they took my x rays and they pointed out a few small cavities, but made no implication that anything was wrong with my molar and assured me it was just sinus issues. The tooth continued to cause me pain so I went to another dentist to have it looked at and they were able to tell almost immediately that the tooth was infected beyond recovery and needed extracted. After seeing the x ray images myself it was obvious the tooth was horribly infected and needed work, and I find it hard to believe western dental just didn't see it. I'm at a loss as to why they wouldn't even tell me as the infection could have been life threatening, and their negligence has cost me a tooth. I will not be coming here again.

Cody was very helpful with all my questions and got me the help I needed when I asked. Jay was also very helpful. I was trying to explain my situation why I needed more clear notes from the dentist he got them and was very understanding. The dentist herself was great too because I didn't want to stay longer after his check up so my son didn't miss school and she had gotten my next dentist appointment for my son on a Saturday.

Jasmine was very friendly and helpful! She was knowledgeable about private insurance and guided me through the process of adding new insurance.

Wait times are excruciating here. 2-3 hours to be seen just for X-rays (no treatment) and 1-2 hour wait times just to been seen for a regular appointment. No one checks in with you or lets you know how much longer it will be. Seems like there is a staffing issue or something else that could be remedied here. This is the main reason I would seek elsewhere.

Actual service and care is friendly, no complaints there. Cody was awesome, answered all my questions in detail and went out of his way to be helpful.

I waited two and a half hours for them to say we are only doing XRAYS today, the dentists don’t have time to see you and to do an exam. So I had to rebook and appointment, and then went today for it. I waited another two and a half hour for them to tell me they were cancelling my appointment because the office was closing and they didn’t have time to see me today. Terrible way they do service here and the company does not care about their patient’s time or well-being.

Cody , very professional, kept me informed of what was going on. Also very pleasant person. Made my visit less stressful than otherwise might have been.
