The office is very friendly, especially Ashley. They are good about rescheduling appointments and deliver good dental service.

II understand some folks don't really have a choice due to their financial situation, but if you have a choice, please pick a different dental and orthodontics office. The local staff is friendly but their business practices are horrible. If you call, you'll be directed to a foreign office where you can hardly understand them. If you don't want to deal with headaches, please find a different location that will provide better service. I personally will never return to this location nor will I recommend it to anyone I know.
Dental: They need to schedule appropriate appointments or hire more dentists. 2 to 3 hour wait times are unacceptable. Plan to spend an entire day here.
Orthodontics: It's been 4 years now. They hired 4 different orthodontists since, and each with their different plans for your teeth. They've rescheduled my appointments multiple times without calling to let me know. I've showed up to my appointment just to find their is no orthodontist that day. Evey time you are rescheduled, you get pushed to the back of the line, meaning your appointment will have to wait another month. Also, I haven't been seen for over half a year. They haven't been able to find an orthodontist. I now have to find a different orthodontist to complete my plan.

Went in for a broken tooth that has gotten to the point that it's causing migranes and preventing me from getting more than an hour or 2 of sleep a night and was turned away. Wouldn't reccomend.
