If there was a negative star I would use it. This place DOES NOT make it clear that if you are a first time patient you only get to be seen by the dentist get a few xrays and nothing else. I was expecting to get my teeth cleaned so I buckled down and dutifully waited the 3 hours and 50 minutes before I was told I had to schedule another appointment in order to get my teeth ACTUALLY cleaned. On top of that I was told I should get a mouth guard (first time I have ever heard this from any of my dentists). My insurance would not cover it and it would be $505. I waited almost 4 hours for nothing. Thanks but no thanks western dental.

They will routinely keep you waiting for up to 4 hours after when your appointment was scheduled and the call center will schedule appointments on days they aren't even open

This is the worst dentist I've ever been to. While I was in the chair the assistant was going on about how he was never trained and didn't know what he was doing. They messed up my front crow horribly. They snapped my husbands tooth during a routine extraction. Incredibly long wait times (3+ hours), and I was rescheduled for the same appointment for almost 9 months. Unorganized, unprofessional, unqualified!

Nothing but issues with this office for years! They just took over 2 years to get my grandpa his new dentures, and now they call me 4 hours before my husband's appointment to have 3 broken teeth fixed saying that they need him to come in early, umm no I made the appointment for the time we could be there we both work, and they said okay well you can come in for x-rays an we will reschedule you again. It took over 2 months to get this appointment and now we have to wait another 2 months to get his teeth fixed. He has gone through 4 200 count bottles of advil in the last 2 months trying to control the pain. It is ridiculous that these issues keep occurring but I have no other option, this is the only place I can go with my insurance. If you can go somewhere else go there, do NOT go here!
