I booked three months ago to get one of my wisdom teeth out. I rang them up yesterday to see if the appointment is still good to go for tomorrow and they said yes. Then got a call this morning saying they a short staffed and i will have to change my appointment. It was so last minute in letting me know.. after i had to organize looking for a baby sitter for my 1 year old. Anyway just very unprofessional.. They also ruined my wife's tooth when she got a crown put in, they rushed it and didn't do a good job, now she gets food stuck in her teeth. I also got a filling done 2 years ago, and they left a sharp bit on my tooth and my floss breaks often because of it. Just so frustrated at how this business is run.. and cancelling on me after waiting three months..

Without a doubt, the worst dental office and dentist I’ve ever had. Go anywhere else. I’m not joking, do not come here. I had a filling fall out so I tried to make an appointment four different times and none of them ever came to fruition. Finally got in, sat in the waiting room for an hour, never saw the dentist and they closed without seeing me that day. Asked me to come back. Waited over two hours in the chair for the sorry excuse for a dentist to give me an “exam” and not even fill the tooth. Absolutely horrible.

Unless you have no other choice, don't come here. This is only my 2nd visit here and both were a joke. Front end staff have both times been super swamped and stressed to the max making them not very friendly. They have both times been WAY over booked because they're run by a corporate office who only cares about making money off insurance companies and not their employees or the people they're providing a service for. Each visit has been 3+ hours. 1st was my new patient visit and 2nd was a cleaning and consult for a implant. The majority of time at their office (80-90%) was wait time. Very little time with the professionals in the building. Their dental staff is friendly and courteous and very apologetic, but it's not their fault how things are being run.
