I would not recommend this office for any dental work. I paid for a partial and never received the partial. The partial was never correctly done.

Even as busy as they seem, they are doing their best to keep up. When you find yourself wondering what's taking so long remember that they are giving someone the best treatment that you will be getting when its your turn. Plus the girl up front with the really healthy hair is so friendly. She made the trip worth it all together.

After having many scheduling problems, Kent prioritized getting me the appointment I really needed. He kept a calm and professional demeanor as well during a time when people were having a lot of difficulties. I am very appreciative of Kent and the understanding he showed. I will be back to see him because of how he truly takes care of his patients and cares for what they need and what their concerns are.

Considering that this location is severely understaffed, I thought they did an excellent job. I observed the manager conduct himself quite professionally while dealing with an extremely upset customer who had not been scheduled for what she thought, and he simply didn't have the staff to attend to her at that time. He offered to treat her in the afternoon, but she was not interested. At the same time, he was dealing with another lady who was not fluid in English, and was asking him to repair her dentures that were not made by his company. He was very nice and politely tried to explain to her that since they didn't make them, he could not repair them.She continued to make a fuss about it until he had to show her the door, ( in a friendly manner.) Kudos to to him!!
