Cody was very helpful and kind. Walked us through everything we needed and any information that we needed to know. Was a really good experience overall.

Cody was an amazing staff member he explained and helped out alot he was nice and well mannered but the time took 3 hrs and they didn't even do a cleaning so I drove 45 minutes to wait her three hrs to not have anything done for my 4 year old daughter

I am a very nervous person when it the Dentist. Amanda was very comforting and helped me relax for the and was able to explain deep cleaning.
She was also knowledgeable of the procedure going. On

On Friday 01/20/2023 my daughter and I waited for 2.5 hours for her to be seen, just to leave without getting any work done or getting any prescriptions.
We came in because she was dealing with severe tooth pain, and Western Dental was the only faculty I contacted that was able to take her right away. My hope was that she could just get antibiotics to alleviate some of her tooth pain until she was seen by her primary dentist the following Monday. However, after an hour + in the waiting room, surrounded by a number of homeless individuals, we were directed to the x-ray room where SEVERAL extremely painful X-rays which were performed by a very unprofessional and bossy x-ray tech who did not know how to communicate with children in the slightest and was difficult to understand. Then, we were led to an outdated, dirty, comunial-type exam room where we waited for an additional hour+ to be seen. After about 45 minutes had passed I finally decided to approach a nurse to ask if we would even be able to be prescribed antibiotics for my daughters toothache. After consulting with another staff member to get answers, this nurse stated that the facility could in fact prescribe antibiotics. I returned to our "exam room" to await my daughters exam. After an additional 30 minutes of waiting and tracking the patient progress charts, I realized that there were several patients whose wait times that superceded ours. I decided to ask one of the physicians if it would be easier if we were just to get a prescription for antibiotics without having to preform a thorough exam, just so that my daughter could be in less pain until her visit with her primary dentist on Monday. It was only at this time that they told me that in order to receive antibiotics I would need to make Western Dental our primary dentist, but, that if I chose to do so, I would also be charged out of pocket for the painful x-rays that they had performed on her. I was also instructed that their wait times are typically extremely long and we would likely be better off to go to another dentist if able.
So after 2.5 hours of waiting, missing work, dealing with a massive lack of communication with the staff, finding long dark brown hairs on the dental equipment, having to listen to the drilling and scraping happening to others around us, having zero privacy, and putting my daughter through additional and unnecessary pain, we ultimately left Western dental, completely empty handed. No answers, no solutions, just a giant waste of time.
After leaving I decided make an instant virtual visit with an online pediatrician and was able to get amoxicillin prescribed to her within minutes. We picked it up within the hour, and she's already feeling better. All this to say, don't waste your time. This place should be considered anyone's LAST option, if that

If I could give negative stars I would . Worst place ever don’t know how they’re still open. Have been cancelled and rescheduled several times . Decided to give one last try Went it On Wednesday waited two and half hours just to be seen for 5 minutes for X-rays told me to reschedule for exam to come back Saturday at 10. Was there today at 10 waited two and half hours for them to say sorry we can’t see you Can you reschedule. WORST PLACE EVER. Never again.

Cody is so amazing. He's very detailed and explains things well. His disposition is very pleasant to be around. . He work well with everyone. Basically he's the glue in that office. He's always a pleasure to be around. Thank u Cody for all your hard work. It is noticed . Ronda

Absolutely does not keep their appointment times set. An hour wait turns into a 3 hour wait. You will be waiting all day just to be seen and they'll just ask to reschedule. Terrible.

I came in to schedule my first appointment. Unfortunately, this facility is not in network with my insurance. However, Ashley was super helpful and empathetic with the situation and helped me better understand what was going on, and pointed me in the right direction. Ashley was a great help! Thanks again!
