Had appt at 19 am for 14 yr old to get first new patient exam. After his 10 am exam they asked us to come back at 1:15 for a filling on the same day. Here it is 2:20 and he was finally taken back. And they want to charge me $135.00 each visit to give him nitrous cus he's scared of needles. And insurance won't cover it. Why is it $135 bucks? How much would be needed I doubt $135.00 it's rediculous.

My complete experience was okay, I was there from 8am till about 11:45, and out of that time I was talked to for maybe an hour, the people were great, especially Cody, he was easy to talk to and was extremely kind, I just think that waiting around for 3 hours is a bit much especially considering that all I got done was x-rays and they looked at my teeth for like 10 minutes, I loved the people, I just don't love the amount of waiting around doing nothing
