The staff is nice, but the wait time is ridiculous. It sometimes takes a hour and a half to two hours to be taken back, and then you have to wait longer .
If I had a choice, I’d go somewhere else.

Cody was very helpful with getting me checked in and listening and answering any questions I may have had. Very attentive.
On the other hand I had come in for a set of dentures. Before they got sent to the lab to be made they were beautiful. When I revived them the bottoms are to small and do not fit. The top makes me look like I have horses teeth in my mouth. The teeth are WAY to big and they look ridiculous.

I wanted to give western dental a try .l had used them a long time ago. The staff was great I really like Cody we worked out a payment plan that was very good for me . all the work I need is being done and there is no big bill I have to worry about.All my appointments have been have been fast they seem to get me in and out without a long wait. I really think it's time for you to try them agan or for the first time . thanks
