Call center is out sourced to Honduras and the language barrier is difficult. We have had several wrong appointments and drive a hour each time to be refused more than 3 times. It shouldn't be this difficult!
Also on their site it says LGBTQ friendly. Shouldn't they be friendly to everyone? Politics? This is getting out of hand. When at the dentist we don't want to know what you do in your bedrooms! Very unprofessional in my opinion.

Currently writing this review 3 1/2 hours from my appointment time and waiting for the second time to finish my first x rays
Atrocious service to the point it has to be some sort of crime

I felt very pushed, not just pressured but almost forced, to apply for a credit and take on monthly payments to get their gum trays that they are selling. I felt hustled and almost scammed. Luckily I talked my way out of it. The customer care liaison or whatever which is the smooth-talking, well-spoken member who explains everything for the “dr” as she has very think Indian accent. And sat in chair waiting for dentist in the back room for at least 30 minutes.

Wow, what can I say? This is the worst managed/staffed dental clinic I have ever been to. Had 8:00 appointment. We're the second to check in. Waited 1hr 3 mins for X-rays. Wait another 34 mins before an arrogant worker named Cody told us it would be another 5 mins and the doc would see us. Overheard the administrator and doc talking that the doc had a meeting to take and would be 15-20mins before she could resume working on patients. 1 min later, Cody, came over to tell us it would be another 5mins. When I asked him how can it be 5 more minutes when the doc just said it would be 20 more minutes. He just blanked stared at me, knowing he was caught in a lie. He rudely told us we could leave and reschedule if we were unsatisfied. I couldn't believe it, being lied to and then told I could reschedule? We left and did NOT reschedule. We do not recommend Western Dental.
