Was 1st visit for our son, I was nervous but doc and her team were great! Very affectionate knowing it was his first time, making us both comfy, she does small increments for first timers making it way easier on everyone!

I choose this dental office due to the high rating , but I had to leave negative review on this one due to poor service : when I reached out first time the office staff told me that they don’t accept my insurance , after reaching out to my insurance ( they called the elite dental & confirmed that my insurance is actually accepted. I called elite dental right after I spoke to my insurance & made an appointment . I specifically asked rep if dental notify customers after appointment is set they replied yes, however they never notified me, so I missed the appointment on Sep 30@10 am. So the rep set up appointment for today @10 am, I came on time @10 am, waited for 33 min , asked rep when are they going to take me in, they took me in at 10:34 am.. the staff who took the X-ray was inconsiderate, aggressive when I asked to change the plastic on x rey she refused. Stating that she doesn’t want to waist the plastic … I never had a chance to see my dentist as I left @ 11 am… waisted my time & not coming back .. had high hopes … but it turned out sour. No manager reached out to me from this office and that again showed me that no one cares , why would I come back ?

As usual greeted by office staff. All personnel treats you with respect and very willing to answer questions . Caitlin is very sweet and attentive. Dr Beckly greets you very warmly.

I went in because I had a crown come loose. Dr. Beckley did a wonderful job re-setting it and getting me out quickly. Elite Dental is absolutely the best!

Excellent dental service and staff. I have been going to Elite Dental Associates for years, both in their old and new locations. Everyone’s goal in the office seems to be making clients comfortable and pain free. Even though it’s a bit of a drive, I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else.

Dr. Beckley and everyone in the office are just amazing. They give you personal attention and are friendly. I was nervous for dental work and Dr. Beckley took the time to explain every detail and instrument. I could not have asked for a better dental experience.
