I have been coming to Ahuja Dental since 2019 and I have always had a pleasant experience with all of the staff. The Doctors are phenomenal and take their time explaining the procedures and outcomes. Gaby at the front desk is very sweet and always helps to answer my questions. She also helped calm me down when I was having all four of my wisdom teeth extracted!

Came inside and already felt very welcomed by the front desk girls. They're really sweet it was my first time getting a cleaning done here at this office. And as a result the staff and Pauline made my experience great. The dental assistant Gabby made me feel very comfortable considering I was nervous and was very gentle unlike other places that don't really care. She did amazing work ! As well as the dr herself was very friendly and not rude. The place itself is clean and the staff is very friendly and polite. The manager Pauline is great and runs her staff in a professional matter. I highly recommend.

The front desk clerk was so rude and uninviting. I walked in asked for a mask and her attitude and abrasive remarks started full force. I never get annoyed so quickly but her unprofessional attitude and lack of customer service continued when asking for my insurance information and me filling out paperwork. I've been going to the one on riverside Ave for years and have never delt with such unprofessional behavior. Maybe it had something to do with her relationship issues I could over hear her having with the other receptionis. I'm a woman I get it, it's the worst. Still no excuse for such a foul attitude. I was ready to walk out but I needed that cleaning.
* I don't believe ME asking for a mask as I walked in the door when I realized I forgot mine should have been an issue. If anything she should have been more than willing to provide me one considering wearing a mask protects both me and your employees. Also I do believe I am intelligent enough to be able to comprehend a conversation I am hearing. Aside from that the doctor and people in the back are wonderful. Judging by the other reviews her attitude is a problem and instead of wanting to address it you make excuses. Hope you all find a solution

I loved my Experience. Ms. Gabby at the front counter checked me and and the doctors behind did an amazing job with pulling my tooth. It was definitely painless and a speedy process. I usually go to the one down riverside I grew up going there. But I definitely love Mr. Ahujas workers ! The finest !!!
