The staff is welcoming, kind and patient. Everyone is very detail oriented which I appreciate when it comes to my teeth.
I had a cleaning, two cavities filled and for my personal aesthetic needs, Dr. Alkordy fixed my smile!
I’ve always been very insecure about my teeth and I’m so happy I chose to do something about it!
She was VERY meticulous and really cared about my comfort.

This dental office is disorganized and not respectful of people’s schedules. We’ve been patients of theirs for a few years now. Within the last 2 years we’ve been called with 1 days notice that they have to cancel our appointments and reschedule 4 times. These appointments are for cleanings which are 6 months apart. Then they don’t have appointments for another month or 2. They’ve used a variety of different excuses regarding their need to cancel. We’ve complained before about this issue but clearly their business is not well ran because it’s not changing.
My wife called to tell them we will be moving to a different dentist because of these issues and the lady on the phone was argumentative. Totally unprofessional and glad we are not giving our business to Franck’s Family Dental any longer.

I love Dr. Franck and the fabulous ladies at Franck Family Dental! Having only lived in this area for a few years, I wasn't sure what dentist to choose as there are so many options. Shortly after moving to this area, I chose a dentist I wasn't the happiest with, but continued going due to convenience. After moving a few miles away, I told myself it was time to find a dentist I absolutely loved AND was closer in location. I wasn't expecting to love Dr. Franck and her staff right away and was going to "try out" a few dentists before making my decision. Fabulous reviews led me to try Dr. Franck first, and after my first visit with her, I knew she was the best choice for me. So, my search ended there! It's now been over a year and I couldn't be happier. Dr. Franck is very thorough and showed me things I never knew about my teeth. Her entire staff is also very friendly and thorough. I can honestly say that the best teeth cleanings I've ever had were at Franck Family Dental. So glad I found them!

I just got back from my first appointment there. This review is coming from a person that has always had a fear of a dentist office since a kid, Dr. Franck made everything comfortable. She is very nice and her staff is wonderful as well. Michelle takes care of the front desk and she is definitely on top of everything! This was a great experience and a smooth transition into a new office. I will definitely continue as a patient there. The office is nice and everything perfectly clean and comfortable. Our family has been going to Franck Family Dental for many years now. My kids have grown up under the care of Dr. Kasi and we have had nothing but wonderful experiences with her. She is so personable and easy to talk to. The dental care we have received is stellar. There are no pressures to buy the latest and greatest in dentistry, just the highest quality care. She really cares about our family. The staff is so wonderful as well. I would highly recommend this densist to anyone.
