Franck Family Dental makes going to the dentist a pleasant task. They were helpful and sensitive to my needs. When I broke my tooth while in Africa, I was able to go online and request an emergency appointment and they were able to get me in upon my return. They also have been great about allowing me to make payments rather than pay it all up front. Both Kasi and the dental hygienist did a good thorough job in a gentle, patient and friendly way. I highly recommend going to Dr. Kasi Franck!

I came in for a consultation and was able to get a cleaning the same day. Their staff is very nice and accommodating. Dr. Franck is also very nice. She explained everything that needed to be done in detail and made sure to ask if i had any questions and answered all of them. I've since had the first half of a deep cleaning procedure and it went great. The hygienist kept asking how I was doing and if i needed more of the numbing agent. I had a great experience there and would HIGHLY recommend this dental practice to everyone! THANKS!

I never used to like going to the dentist. Ever. A friend recommended Dr. Franck and I was hesitant at first but I quickly had my mind changed. Dr. Franck and her team provide caring and careful service without trying to sell you a bunch of extra work that you do not need. Stephanie is extremely helpful and knowledgeable as well! I cannot give them all a higher recommendation!

I am always pleased with my experience at Franck Family Dental. I've been going there for a couple of years now and the staff is so kind, always willing to go out of their way to make your visit the best. I've had Stephanie, from the front desk call me to offer me a sooner appointment and she always talks to me on the phone like I'm family. They know your name when you walk in the door and I've never had to wait in the waiting room for long. You can tell that they hold "patient satisfaction and patient experience" high on their priority list. I am always grateful that they aren't quick to offer unnecessary exams/tests and if they do recommend something, they try to give you the price up front so you feel you can make an informed decision. I highly recommend this dental clinic to anyone looking for a "family feel" in their healthcare experience. Top notch!

Franck Family Dental is the greatest dental office around. They are friendly and will take care of all your dental needs. Coming from someone who isn't too keen with going to the dentist, I would recommend this office to anyone. I actually enjoy going now. They are GREAT with kids too!!!!!

Dr. Franck's office is comfortable. The staff feels like good friends and are always helpful. Dr. Franck is gentle, patient and an excellent dentist.
I leave the office feeling happy that I am getting my neglected dental work done and I don't feel like the bill is strangling me. Stephanie always does a quick explanation of my dental benefits and she works with me to make sure I get the maximum care on my budget.
I could not be happier. Coming from me, about dentists, this is just this side of a miracle. If I could give them ten stars, I would.

I can not say enough positive comments about this office. I've had horrible experiences with previous dentists which kept me away from them for many years. I was so nervous when I finally had to go in for my first exam, afraid of being lectured or talked down too since it had been way too long since my last dental appointment. What I received was the opposite, a very warm loving office that was there to help me and make my treatment as easy as possible. Now going in for dental care is a breeze.
