HORRID ESTABLISHMENT.
Staff is incredibly incompetent of services & billing .

Had veneers put on front teeth , they applied the wrong color ( yellow tinted ) not only once , but twice .
Then within 4 weeks of having them re done , one fell completely out .

They have done nothing to resolve this , reimbursement. Nothing .
DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Do not go here for fillings or crowns. Both my wife and I had fillings from here fall out that then needed crowns. Luckily I went to a different office for my crown, unfortunately my wife went back here. The temporary crown went fine, but then when she went back for the permanent, they couldn't get it back on, and told her she needed to come back another day, so she made an appointment and scheduled time off from work. Come today when she was supposed to finally get the crown, they tell her the appointment wasn't made. Now she has to take more time off from work, and by then who knows if they'll even be able to get the crown on. This place isn't even equipped to do dental surgeries. The fact that it's located between a gas station and a freeway off-ramp should tell you enough.

Had an appointment for Friday the 30th. Got a call a week prior saying that the doctor would be out of town and they needed to reschedule me a week out. They told me to come in Friday the 6th 4:00. I show for my appointment and their door is locked.. they open the door let me in and give me a bewildered look telling me I'm not on the schedule. The girl at the front desk had very little to say and no solutions to offer when I told her it wasn't easy to make this day work for them opposed to my originally scheduled appointment . I would never recommend this place to anybody terrible service and I've heard from many other people that they've experienced more of the same. Avoid at all costs!!!

This is a professional, efficient, friendly, competent operation. The atmosphere in the office is warm, welcoming and supportive. I am very happy with all my experiences at RPS.

I'm giving this place one star. During the dental work the dentist does do a good job, I will give the place that, however they told me that I would have a 0 interest payment plan, but little did I know there was 12% interest on my plan in the paperwork. I then had a tooth pulled and was told I needed to come back in a week to check for infection, in 2 weeks to get the stitches removed. I was never called for an appointment, I had to call them. I then took time off work to make the appointment to have my stitches taken out (later than I was supposed to have them taken out), and they didn't actually make the appointment. So when I called the day of, I was a little frustrated, being is how I had already taken the time off work. The lady seemed frustrated that I was frustrated. I'm not impressed with this place and will be locating another dentist.

Dr Monsukhani , a new dentist at Rohnert Park Smiles is one of the best dentists I’ve ever had! He is exceptionally skilled at professional efficiency and assuring comfort at the same time. I’ve had many dental professionals poking around in my mouth (unfortunately but gratefully) so I speak from lots of that experience in saying that I feel complete confidence in his professional expertise and dental care. I’ll call it “dental caring” at its best! Thank you Dr. M!

After a short time with Dr. Celeste Kendrick as my dentist, she left the practice to relocate to another area. I have high anxiety when in a dentist's chair and she was a perfect fit for me. I then chose Dr. Varsha Ahuja as my primary dentist. This past week, Dr. Ahuja began the process of creating a crown for me and she is as gentle and caring as was Dr. Kendrick. I am a 76 yr old woman and extremely sensitive to pain. Dr. Ahuja administered 3 injections to numb my mouth and talked me thru the whole experience. Her assistant, Becca, also treated me kindly and understood my anxiety. At Rohnert Park Smiles everyone is friendly and the whole staff has great rapport. The office is simply designed and very clean. I am very happy I chose RP Smiles.

YOU DO NOT EVER WANT ANY OF THESE PEOPLE TO TOUCH YOUR MOUTH. I HAD AN EXTRACTION ANS WENT IN FOR POST OP AND WAS REFUSED TREATMENT BY THE DENTIS SEEING ME BECSUE SHE DIDN'T DO THE EXTRACTION.....I HAD A INFECTION AS A RESULT. THEY CHARGED ME A FORTUNE FOR UNPROFESSIONAL WORK AND CUSTOMER SERVICE...
FIND ANOTHER DENTIST!!

AWFUL, worst experience I’ve ever had with a practice or even business in general! If I could give no stars I would, the dentist and customer service is lacking any common sense and professionalism. Extremely rude, the receptionist found it okay to disconnect the call when I requested a referral to go elsewhere be submitted to my insurance. These people will be dishonest to squeeze every penny they can from you. Definitely way better dental practices in the area. Highly recommend staying far from this practice!

If I could give no stars I would! They need to learn how to properly schedule appointments. Had a wisdom teeth removal scheduled for 9am. Arrived 20mins early and still had to wait an hour and a half past our appointment time to be seen. Not only is this rude and disrespectful to paying customers it is unsafe for patients that are unable to eat or drink anything!
