Pleasant Grove Dental Group and Orthodontics

I have gone to Pleasant Grove dental for quite a few years now. I so appreciate Chanel, she has been so helpful and kind and talks so sweet to all of the patients, myself and all of those that I hear her talk with. I think that the office is great, and so are the dentists and all of the employees. There are very great. I definitely would recommend Pleasant Grove dental group to all of my friends. Which I have in the past. And Chanel explains everything in detail so you know what will be happening. What a great office. This is the office on Pleasant Grove.

I love this dental office, I always feel like my dentist always takes such great care of my teeth. I’ve been coming here for many years. I always get treated so nicely by the front desk girls, especially Chanel, she is so accommodating.

First time patient today, but definitely looking forward to being under their care long term. The staff is so kind. Adored the dental assistant Jessica and really felt comfortable with Dr. Beaty!

This dental office is fantastic. Everyone on the team is super friendly and professional. Chanel is extremely helpful and always greets you with a smile. I highly recommend Pleasant Grove Dental!

What a joke, front desk called and moved appointment up a few hours. This was on the 21st near the holidays and they forgot they had moved my appointment and had to come back later in the day. Got my wisdom tooth removed. They gave me 5 pills of painkillers which was about 2 days worth of painkillers. Ran out on the 23rd and miserable through the holidays. What were they thinking? The pain from wisdom lasts could last weeks. Place is a joke and clearly doesn't care about it's patients enough.

Finally!!! After a lifelong anxiety over dental appointments I found a dentist I love! Dr Patel and his team are beyond exceptional. Professional, timely, excellent work (best crowns I’ve ever seen) and very caring & compassionate. I will not go to anyone else at this point. Thank you for changing my life. If I could have I would have given 10 stars! ⭐️ Dr Patel is THE best. 😁

I never ever thought I would give a dental office a 5 star rating. The last time I had a dental appointment was over 10 years ago. I called the office to make an appointment for my children. The receptionist offered to make an appointment for me as well, I reluctantly made myself an appointment knowing I was very much overdue. My kids had their appointments first. The staff made it easy for me to be with both of my kids during their appointments. Jessica is AMAZING!!! She made the kids and I feel so comfortable and she was so patient with my kids and explained everything she was doing. Dr. Beatty is also AMAZING!!! Let me say, spending time with Jessica and Dr. Beatty feels like going out for drinks with good friends. So, I kind of was looking forward to my appointment with Dr. Beatty. During my appointment Jessica was so patient and not at all judgmental of the fact that I hadn't been to a dentist in over 10 years. I had x-rays and pictures of my teeth done. Super easy process. Dr. Beatty came to look at my teeth and told me what I already knew... "DEEP CLEANING." UGH. Dr. Beatty and Jessica assured me the registered dental hygientist was kind. Ohhhkay, I made my appointment. My deep cleaning was this morning, I was so anxious. I met the registred dental hygentist and was already close to tears of being so nervous. She was so kind and reassured me I would be okay. I think she asked me like 5 times if I was okay.... "I will be okay" was the most I could get out. Anyway, the numbing process began and I have to admit, there were tears dripping down my face. The staff member helping my doctor consoled me the best you can console someone who is in a dental chair with her mouth wide open and appliances stuffed in there. LOL. Okay, so all this to say, I was scared and the staff was sensitive to my needs. I absolutely LOVE this dental office. I am actually looking forward to my next visit. Oh, and the deep cleaning was not nearly as horrible as I thought it would be.

Not sure that I can make this as impactful as I want to. If you think you're afraid of the dentist multiply my fear times 1,000. A traumatic experience at 12, I'm 56 now. I have not gone to the dentist on an other than absolute need basis since. My wife and I are middle class, middle aged, middle income, retired.
9 days ago I suffered a serious fall and knocked a few teeth out and did major damage. Hospitals won't help, have had multiple visits. Won't even look, don't care. Other dentists, 2 actually, looked, then simply said to find another dentists and goodbye. Zero compassion. It should be illegal to hold a license to practice and behave like that to any person for any reason, in my opinion. (One of them, Dr Segall in Roseville is the absolute worst dentist ever. Please stay far far away from him. He is an uncaring scammer and quick buck artist with a medical title, imo.)

While this has been happening I have been in 10 level pain and a serious infection has set in. My wife and I have literally BEGGED for help. Zero. No conversation, no help. Can't even get emergency appointments! Finally, she found Dr Patel.

Dr Patel was able to take x-rays others couldn't. He saw the current mess and the entire mess of my mouth. He was honest about all the bad and that there was no good news to be had. He explained all in it's entirety and helped my wife and I make a plan. Long road ahead.
He did it all with compassion and caring that can not be faked. He is straight forward, honest and made me very comfortable with very bad news. More importantly he made sure my wife understood everything. Everything. Dr Patel is a special person. And apparently a great dentist too. Wish he had been my dentist when I was 12

The staff at this location is the absolute best! They remember you by name every single time. Always willing to help and never in a rush, all while being extra respectful of your appt time.

From the phone call reminders and the friendly hello when you walk in. You can tell they love their job and who they represent.

Also, the office manager, I think his name is Mike, is also helpful and so funny. Making his rounds and ensuring everyone is being taken care of!
