Stay clear of this place!!!! VERY VERY SHADY!
They send you to collections and say you didn't pay them after 4 years. We had been at the same address for a year after the visit and had a forwarding address for a year. NEVER received a bill from them and then find out they sent us to collection. They never even called to say we owed them anything or we need an address. We have had the same phone number for 30 years. If we would have known that we owed something we would have paid it.
