I love this place. The staff are very friendly and polite. They address you by your name every visit and the place is always clean and up too par. I’m scared/ nervous of the dentist but they make me feel comfortable and get the job done nice and gentle I would recommend them any dayyy.

This is a review on behalf of my mom M. Bhatti; a patient of Dr. Brenda L. Herrera.
It was my first time meeting the staff a couple of days ago. My mom had visited this office last year. She was back on an emergency case. Dr. Herrera and her team quickly granted an appointment and were very thorough and informative during our visit.
I was quickly briefed on my mom's situation as I did not know the full extent of her situation and what we were dealing with.
Victor at the front desk was extremely helpful in answering all of my follow-up questions and provided referrals to other specialists who my mom needed to visit ASAP.
While the office is a bit cozy, it was very orderly, tidy and efficiently operated. They complied with all of the new COVID-19 regulations.
I highly recommend this office even in the just the brief interaction I have had with them.
My dad is scheduled to visit next week for his dental work. I know we will have a wonderful experience again!

An absolute wonderful first experience! I was looking for a new dentist after being at Promenade for 8 years or so and came here after reading the rave reviews.
I wanted a dental office that made it easy to make online appts, because who has time for phone calls, and I sent an appt request on their website.
Vic replied back via email, and we exchanged insurance info and appt dates and we were set! Fast forward to today, I was greeted warmly BY NAME by every single staff member I encountered, and the hygienist was incredibly courteous and concerned about my comfort for x-rays.
Dr Herrera did my cleaning and told me I only needed a basic cleaning even tho I was told by my last dentist a deep root planing was necessary. She educated me on taking care of my teeth & I learned some new tips. During the cleaning she took her time and was extra cautious about my tooth and gum sensitivity and took pains to ensure I didn't feel any discomfort.
At the end of the cleaning I didn't have to pay a dime. At my old dentist I would always have an additional $25 upcharge for fluoride.
I'm super happy to have a new dentist that makes me feel warm and welcome and I'm looking forward to my next appt.
