Everyone is so professional and kind. Dr. Castro did a phenomenal job. I got crowns and filings; they are perfect. She and her staff were fantastic. Highly highly recommended.

Rather than giving out gift cards in exchange for Yelp reviews, this business needs to learn how to deal with angry customers . I have gone to this dentist office and its affiliated office in Placerville for 9 years. While I loved the Placerville office and staff, that isn't the case with Sacramento. I made an appointment for an expensive in-office teeth cleaning. I took off 3 hours from work, drove across town, paid for parking, and arrived on time. After a 10 minute wait, I found out that they did not have the gel they needed. Their stock hadn't come in. They tried to send me home with trays instead! While they were apologetic, what they should have done was call me as soon as the problem was known, rather than blaming it on the back office. They should have offered me a huge discount for wasting my time, instead of expecting me to simply reschedule. Expecting me to just accept an apology and return tells me that they don't understand the customer service concepts of taking responsibility and making amends. They did not show any respect for the amount of time and effort I spent to get to this appointment. My time is valuable. I will not return.

Do not trust these people. Call your insurance to verify every single charge. I paid 200 for a filling which was covered by my insurance and today I went in for my first cleaning of the year and was told I would be charged 40 just for the cleaning and another optional 80.00 for fluoride!! Confirmed with my insurance and they said no charge, 2 free cleanings a year and no copay for fillings!! Such a rip off. The dr is nice but inexperienced. Best thing going for this place is a really nice looking and clean office interior.

Freida Ramirez is the best dental hygienist that Sacramento has to offer! She is always polite and professional and can answer any questions that you may have. I enjoy my visits with her very much. 😃

Shockingly underwhelming. When I pay for a cleaning, I want it to be done by a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH). Why? Well, they attend school specifically for the task of cleaning teeth- at least a year, and longer in most cases. Then, they are certified by the state. This practice is all about efficiency and maximizing profit. A dentist spent a max of 10 mins on my “cleaning” that consisted of primarily a cavitron and 30 seconds of hand scaling that was laughable. I was then handed over to a dental assistant- I never saw an RDH. Why does this matter? Well, dentist spend a minuscule amount of time on “how to clean teeth” in dental school and a dental assistant is not allowed to do certain procedures or use certain instruments that really give you a good cleaning, hence the necessity of an RDH to properly do the job.

And you know what’s sad? The dentist had loupes on and I know he could see the calculus on the back of my teeth that I will now have to feel on my tongue for the next 6 months. And if it’s that bad on the surface, who knows what lies under my gums. Where else are they cutting corners? This is absolutely unsatisfactory and you should not go to a practice that does this.

I've been to Sacramento Denistry for 8 years and have had nothing but a great experience not only for me but my family. They are always professional and kind. I really appreciate the time they take in helping understand what they are doing while they're doing it (i.e. step by step on my one and only crown). I recommend them to absolutely everyone.

The absolutely best dental office you ever want to go to. Dr. Guerro and Dr. Castro are caring and gentle: The office staff and Dental assistants are also great. I once hated going to the dentist and no longer am apprehensive.
