I went in to get my teeth cleaned. I was a little bit hesitant so I called and they explained to me about the precautions that are taken so I went ahead. I was satisfied that they are being as proactive as they can and of course Jennifer did an excellent job. I was reassured by the smell of disinfectant in the air.

I was a first time patient and it was a pretty bad experience. The front desk staff was nice, but after that, I was pretty much shamed for having not visited the dentist for a few years for my entire visit. 30 minutes of straight shame from the hygienist and then another 30 from Terry Thomas. If you want to be shamed and humiliated, I totally suggest Terry Thomas. If you want to just get your teeth cleaned, go somewhere else. Terrible experience and after about an hour of lectures, there was nothing wrong with my teeth. No cavities. Nothing.

The office was very clean and front desk and staff were very friendly. I have tried a few other dentists in the area of Rancho Bernardo but when I found Dr. Raza and Dr. Austin they were different! If you’re looking for a professional dental office with great and respectful environment and fully COVID-19 compliant, look no further! I highly recommend this office and doctors!
