I came to the office last month and I have unhappy experiences with staffs, assistants and doctors. I’m sorry to say but this is the most unprofessional and unfriendly dental office I’ve had ever. I accepted to pay a late fee for cancellation because I don’t want to return to the office again. Horrible experience!

Dr Nancy was very attentive with quick and friendly service. She took care of my tooth as well as my insurance without any issue. She took time to be sure I am properly cared for and happy with her service. She is not my first dentist but she is definitely my best dentist!

Dr. Nancy Trinh is by far the best dentist I’ve been to and I’ve had my fair share of dentists in the past. I’ve been going to her for the past 4-5? years and she’s done a great job of making sure my teeth are in good shape. I recently recalled how my last dentist in Milpitas gave me a lot of fillings which I wasn’t sure I actually needed. It made me feel more grateful to have found her office because I haven’t ever felt like she forced any unnecessary procedures on my teeth...I don’t think I’ve had any fillings since and the X-rays confirm that I don’t have cavities so I’m happy. She also has a bigger office which is nice.

I’ve had great experiences here since my first day. I was surprised by how nice everyone was(from the dentist to the receptionist) and continue to be at each of my visits. Dr Trinh was extremely thorough and professional. It was a routine exam / cleaning but she explained all the details of her observations as well as future actions required. Very professional. The office and staff were extremely well prepared for the Covid impact to all business...felt very safe. Overall a great experience. My visit with Dr Tryinh was phenomenal. She pulled 4 teeth and it was not bad at all. She did the rest work on my teeth. She was so gentle. Was treated with the utmost care.
