Calidental was a Godsend! !!! The staff was amazing. I never felt like I was left alone in an office just waiting for someone. There was always someone with me or asking questions. It exceeded my expectations completely! I would recommend this to everyone! 💜

So the receptionist was nice.
The person who did my X-rays of my teeth was amazing and very sweet!
But the person who “cleaned my teeth”…. Just seems super inexperienced and I didn’t feel like my teeth were even cleaned and than.. on top of that she let me leave the office with white gunk on my mouth and didn’t tell me infill I got into my car and took off my mask because I was wondering why my lips were sticking together and I was in my scrubs while in the office about to go to work afterwards.. just thought that was very odd she wouldn’t speak up.
She was sweet but I think she needs to be more assertive if she is going to be working in the medical field (I do as well). So that’s why I made it 3 stars. I have more appts, so I hope I a better experiences the other times☺️

I went yesterday for start an implant, and the staff and doctor’s are very friendly and efficient, and the prices are very affordable 😊☺️

Really bad experience! They told us one thing over the phone and did another once we were there, false advertising. The girl at the front desk failed to help us and the doctors didn’t even explain or listen to our concerns. Really bad quality service overall.

This is a fairly new dental office but I was completely satisfied with the care. Being a new patient I got x-rays, exam and cleaning all for $99. Equipment is all top notch and everyone was kind and friendly. They suggested a plan of care but are very kind about letting you decide about it and not pressuring you. They even give a 30% discount on procedures if you have no insurance which is very much appreciated. At least for now. Hopefully that will last. People like me with no insurance really appreciate it!!! Most reviews I had read were about wait time and it is a little long but I've worked in medical offices and completely understand.

I have to admit that I was disappointed on my second visit to this location. It seems as if the Dentist that took care of me has an arrogance issue. He appears to play nice, but in the end he is arrogant, short, and did not help me understand a problem that I was experiencing with my teeth. Any other Dr. would have extended the courtesy to elaborate, suggest, or to give advise that clearly they would know something about regarding my problem that could help me. I will not go there again as long as he is still working there!!

This was my first visit with CaliDental. I found the staff to be very friendly and they performed their duties quickly. The cost of services was very reasonable. My only frustration was when I was left waiting in the exam chair for a little more than 20 minutes with nobody checking in with me or updating me. However, they made up for lost time with a quick cleaning. Overall, a good experience and I would recommend this place!

Really great experience. I am TERRIFIED of the dentist, and they made sure I was comfortable during the whole process. They broke everything down for me and told me what they needed to do and what my options were. Very gentle with cleanings, my last dentist made my gums bleed, but dr. M was so quick and so gentle. I needed quite a bit of work, but they did it quickly and made sure I was comfortable. I would highly recommend this office and dentist 🦷

I was impressed with Dr Vu. He is very thorough. He is local, I don't have to drive all the way to Nipomo for dental like I did thru CHC. Cali-Dental accepts CenCal. I have my appointments lined up in reasonable time. The health of my teeth are in good hands.

This place is a joke. Most recently I needed my wisdom teeth extracted causing me severe pain, I had to wait nearly 2 months to get this appointment. I even called morning of to confirm what I was getting done. Olivia at front desk confirmed but obviously did not check my chart for what I need, scheduled me to come in and then I was sent home
Due to their incompetence, claiming they could not perform my extraction even though they scheduled me for said extraction.. saying I actually need an oral surgeon. For the past 3 years they have mis scheduled me 3 different times. Admin should have been fired A LONG TIME AGO. When I expressed my frustration, I was met with terrible attitudes from staff for THEIR MISTAKE. Not once, not twice, but for the third time. 2 years ago with my root canal, they ran me in circles for months, mis he dulling me, sending me home, referred me out to an oral surgeon, claiming they could not do one of my previous procedures. When I had to travel an hour out of town, that oral surgeon said “they can absolutely perform this at their location, they’re just lazy.” Don’t waste your time. You will be disappointed and left in HORRIBLE PAIN.
