I went to calidental to get a cleaning in between my dentist retiring and finding a new dentist with my new insurance. I had my cleaning which was more uncomfortable than I expected. We took x-rays and was told that I had 8 cavities! I knew something was strange about that because I never got to see the x-rays like my former dentist.
After they told me the results of my x-rays my dentist said it was because I didn't floss enough. I said I had started regularly again and she just said, "oh really?" And rolled her eyes. As she cleaned my teeth she kept commenting on how small my jaw was which got old really quick. She didn't seem concerned that I was in pain during the cleaning.
It is disappointing because they have a beautiful facility and play area. You get to watch Netflix as you wait in the dentist chair. The receptionist and dental hygienist were very nice.
I went to my new dentist and got new x-rays and it turned out I only had two cavities and calidental would have cut into my perfectly healthy teeth and ruined them! Not to mention I would have paid over $1500! I am glad I had to get new insurance and find a better dentist. Turns out I am not the only one who has been told false information by calidental.

My experience was delightful, respectful, I was addressed by Mr. I was treatedvery well I had dentures made they are made very well , I was asked if I thought my dentures fit properly and felt good in my mouth, very respectful staff I recommend CaliDental to revert one most enjoyable visits I ever had at a dentist.
