They gave me a crown they gave me a flipper. The flipper fell out then the crown fell out. They said my insurance didn't cover it. They took my insurance companies money and left me with no crown. It was a faulty crown and they did nothing to fix it. Now going to call a higher up to fix the situation so they will fix the crown that they were supposed to do in the beginning. Faulty crown, fraudulent insurance act from a dentist.

I made an appointment weeks ago just for them to tell me the day of my appointment that they don’t accept my insurance even when I asked them specifically if they accepted my insurance and gave them all the information they needed. It just seems really unprofessional that they had several weeks to figure this out and waited until the last possible day to tell me and I ended up having to cancel my appointment.
