Never have I written a bad review for anyone but this place.. one hand didn't know what the other was doing, I was given time lines for things wich I built major plans around and when they changed it up on me there was zero empathy for the terrible position it put me in and the DR absolutely talked down to me and was quite cold.
I could have dealt with the indifferent DR, I understand that messages get crossed, I get that sometimes a wrench gets thrown in the mix and we're gonna have to tweak the plan but what was soo unacceptable to me was the total callousness to the terrible...TERRIBLE position it put me in and the complete unwillingness to help me find a way to work it out. If you gotta get a simple cleaning or something like that they will probably do just fine but you need to do something major(especially if you're kinda skiiddish anyway) give this place a WIDE berth.
