There must be many Complaints about Calidental's young dentist - it looks like this is his first job out of school - his drilling and cleaning were the most painful I ever had.
- he cleaned only my a couple of my upper molars - did not clean rest of my teeth; and yet he billed for "Deep scaling/ cleaning" of all 4 quadrants of my teeth. Insurance companies require that he only deep clean 2 quadrants during each visit - so he admitted his mistake. He didn't even measure the dept of gaps in my teeth - as required for deep cleaning. He probably spent 10 mins at most "deep" cleaning my 2 molars and nothing else.
I should have ask for regular cleaning, then asked for deep cleaning- from a lady dental hygienist. Male dentists have no interest in cleaning teeth.
After filling my molar he did not take photo to show me the work he has done. Lady dental assistant did not ask me to rinse out all the blood in my mouth - due to his heavy handed cleaning of my teeth. She let me walk out of the clinic with blood stains around my mouth!!
My wife told their lady dentist that her gums are sensitive. That dentist didn't care. She got hurt badly and the cleaning was rushed through, showing carelessness.

They are a bit short staffed, however that's not my issue, I've had family come here and now I can say from my own experience, that this place simply does not cut it. I've just never experienced as much pain as I have had here, Super yikes

Everyone was extremely pleasant. My densist was attentive and answered my questions. The only con is I always wait at least 30 mins in the waiting room and this is even when I am early to my appointment.

I went in for a routine exam and cleaning on a Tuesday afternoon. Wait wasn’t bad at all. Everyone working there was really friendly and kind. They made me feel welcome and comfortable. The dentist was great. He worked quickly but thoroughly, and he explained what he was doing/seeing, which I appreciated. The only thing that wasn’t perfect was their X-ray process, which is different than what I’m used to. It involves biting down on a big awkward plastic thing which was tricky to fit correctly in my mouth and was a bit painful at times. We had to re-do several of the X-rays. But the staff were patient and nice about it. It wasn’t their fault, just a tricky process. All in all, it was a good experience and I will definitely be back!

Front desk was helpful and dental assistant nice. The worst dentist experience though I have ever had. I told him how sensitive my gum were but seemed to continue on and my discomfort was at a all time high. I was about to walk out of the “cleaning”. They didn’t floss my teeth and the dentist didn’t say one word to me after his aggressive cleaning. I can sled my kids appointment and will be going elsewhere.

Reception was great. Assistant was very helpful. My dentist was extremely professional. I even got to watch some music videos to keep me entertained.

Good communication. They had a new dentist. He’s very friendly and knowledgeable. Good experience. Daughter has anxiety, but she didn’t flinch once with this dentist.

They were a lifesaver I am so grateful their excellent professional dentistry. I had a dental emergency which was taken care of plus fitted me for dentures so I won’t have to live with a mouthful of broken teeth anymore. Thank you so much Calidental!
