Worst experience ever. Waited over 50 mins for my 4 year old to be seen. The receptionist was rude and couldn’t give me a specific time on when she would be seen. Appointment set at 8 am. It’s 8:50 at the moment and we are still in the waiting room.

Dentist ignored my complaints, and signals he told me to give if pain was overwhelming. He applied too much topical numbing so it leaked all over my throat and face even tho I didn't swallow, and then jabbed the needle into my gums without making sure it was numb- and injected it too fast causing severe inflammation and pain for hours. I was unable to close my lips or mouth, and he doubted that then continued blasting water in my mouth until I had to stop him and choke it all up onto myself

After spending hundreds of hours in dentist chairs, no dentist has ever accused me of being dramatic or lying before this one. I absolutely hate him, and I plan on filing a grievance over this encounter.

This dentist is very arrogant and cannot (will not) perform basic procedures. He told me I think I know more than a dentist and he wasn't comfortable working on me. I almost died laughing because I have supervised many dentist whom have all practiced longer. He was right, I do know more than him and was not happy the first visit and should of been more aware of my gut instinct. He will not be here long I will go ahead and predict after reading other complaints similar to mine. I was only there for a temporary crown and he said he couldn't make me happy,lol. He has never even tried? This make no sense but I feel the universe has saved me from a hack job. Thank you God! Update after response...

Please retrain your dentist to do proper examinations. On my diagnostic visit he didn't probe,but managed to get a claim approved for deep cleaning? He never once put an explorer or mirror inside my mouth either. While your dentist might have autonomy to decide his TX plan , he does not have autonomy to not do a proper job! This response is laughable.He also failed to do an oral cancer screening.... This borders supervised neglect... I will contact insurance.

Really good location for me. The ladies behind the desk are always friendly to everyone. Very professional atmosphere even though there is a huge waiting room and play area for kids. I take my 3 kids there and the staff Is very helpful and knowledgeable. Dr Azad Is great. Very careful, and knows his job well. He has also done work on my mouth by emergency visit as well as appointment. they got me in quick when I had pain. I've never had any bad experiences. They are Fast but also very thorough.

The nurse or aid and the dentist, a guy with an accent , were both really nice to me during my utter mental breakdown in the chair. I am deathly scared I'm going to die while in the chair , even though I know it makes no sense. The nurse put the lead blanket on me to help calm me down and it helped comfort me . I was shaking so hard I was almost convulsing with fear, the whole time. The only thing that doesn't sit right is that last time, I could feel the nitrous to the point that I wasn't aware of pain when being numbed , this time, I could feel being numbed , didn't smell the familiar sweet smell of the nitrous and only felt it a tiny bit part of the time . I kept asking if it was on and they said yes but I don't think it was. I had a tooth pulled against their advice , I should've listened and just had a root canal. It took a really long time to pull the tooth and I am really upset still that I got it pulled . I will always get a root canal from now on. I called the office today cuz the prescription was sent to the wrong pharmacy and the dentist told me to rinse with Listerine. When I read the after her instructions it said don't that because It has alcohol in it. I was trying to ask the woman on the phone for clarification and she just cut me off and said to hold while she asked the dentist. But I wasn't done with my question.

The staff was friendly, doctor was super nice but the wait was too long. Office was clean!

The environment was very sanitary. The dental hygienist was extremely experienced and gentle. I was very happy and comfortable there, and the dentist made a point of coming in and explaining the future necessary exams and treatments. My experience was very pleasant. I highly recommend CaliDental.

They are very nice and work to put you at ease. The office is amazing, with smart TVs in every room. I love the fact that it is an all-female office. The dentists are extremely good and they will give you the straight truth about what is worth doing and what isn't. I fully trust this office to respect my wallet and my pain threshold. And when I experienced some tooth pain I was able to get an appointment THE SAME DAY! This is the best dentist I have ever gone to!

By far the best experience bI have ever had with any dentist. The staff is friendly and polite. My dental assistant that day was amazing at making me feel comfortable and less anxious about my procedure. I would recommend them to everyone.
