We had an appointment today , mine at 10am and
my husbands at 11. We got there on time for mine and I checked both of us in. It was 11:25 and I hadn’t even been taken back. Finally I was taken back only to wait at least 20 more minutes for someone to do my X-rays. They did the X-rays and then I waited another good 20 minutes for the doctor.
The doctor was nice & professional. I did think the procedure was super short, maybe 5 minutes to do a check up and a cleaning. While I was getting my cleaning I heard they finally called my husband. Once the DA and doctor were done, they told me to wait for some paperwork and my husband was getting his X-rays. By the time the DA brought my paperwork, the doctor was done with my husband. They didn’t do a cleaning on my husband and he was told he didn’t have any cavities. My husband had been to a dentist in LA prior to moving here and he was told he had a cavity that needed a root canal and crown. This doctor didn’t mention that. So I don’t think his cavity all of sudden disappeared, so we are thinking about trying another dentist. Overall it was a tiring and long experience, when I say long I mean like over 2 hours there.

The staff was extremely professional and the dental assistant who took my xrays and mouth impressions was so nice and laughed at my corney jokes. I forgot my phone and they called both of my sons who actually live in San Francisco to try and get it back to me. I figured out half an hour after I left that I didnt have it and drove over and they knew it was me even with my mask on. A huge THANK YOU to the Cali Dental staff. See you again in January.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. They really helped make my daughters’ dental experience as comfortable as possible. I definitely recommend them.

They got me in quick and easy. Technology is beyond up to date. Staff are super friendly and courteous. Even have Netflix to watch in between procedures, and my dentist far surpassed my expectations. Very happy customer. She had a ton going on and still did quality work.

I have a severe case of dental phobia and have not been to the dentist in 10 years. This office did an outstanding job Creating a dental plan for me as well as Taking my phobia seriously. I highly recommend this office!

I had an initial appointment at CaliDental in San Luis Obispo, California on Sept. 8, 2020. My experiences with CaliDental so far truly felt very good. The dentist himself layed-out very well what I am to expect, and I appreciate that it was unambiguously expressed to me that I would be contacted to make future appointments for care that I am well aware is much needed. Who doesn't want to take best care of his teeth? I'm gratified that CaliDental were recommended to me by the administrative staff of my personal physician for whom I already felt trust.

Receptionist was friendly and patient.. I'm old school pen and paper and I had to register electronically. She was very helpful. The trainee who took my X-rays was courteous and respectful. I do hope people will remember that at some point in our lives we too had to learn a skill and it took others who were patient that helped us develop that skill..so the five stars go to those two people there and the facility being clean.. that's it.

I had 5 teeth pulled. Several months prior they carefully measured for my new upper dentures.

I kid you not, there was no pain, the novacaine was well administered and I could not feel it. Doctor Ahmadi was so amazing and professional!

Now, I have a gorgeous smile! I feel so grateful.

I took my 14 month old for his first dental check up and am pretty disappointed with my experience here. We never met the dentist even after being told he’d be in in a few minutes and only had an assistant type person for a minute. She said she wanted to look in his mouth with a mirror but didn’t even try to open his mouth. Then gave us a goodie bag and said we can go. I had questions about him using a pacifier and bottle and the effect on his teeth but she only said “well he’s only 1 so…” ? There was no effort at all. I will have to look for a different place.
