It was a clean office and good service. However the dentist kept leaving the room in and out and was not consistently with me. I think better patient care can be improved but overall decent dentist and great front desk service! They give $5 Starbucks gift cards so people could give reviews.

I heard great things about this place , it’s unfortunate I was never able to get a visit. I went through Zocdoc, appears it’s on eastern time without notifying consumers. Had my first appointment cancelled without notice. I understand and made a second appointment, it was also cancelled. Will find somewhere else.

I can’t say enough about my visit with Dr. Nancy and the Fuller Smiles staff. I am a dental chicken And this is the first dental office I’ve ever felt completely relaxed in. The atmosphere is so lovely and from the minute you walk in the door everybody treats you with kindness. Dr. Nancy explains everything very carefully and present you with all your options. Everyone’s very professional and friendly. Waited 5-minutes and took me in right away. I like that they are punctual. I love my dentist. I need to add to this review the communication level of the staff is excellent! I have an appointment to the crown on my tooth, they sent friendly reminders. When the crown was delayed due to delivery issues they informed me right away. Thankfully it arrived and I was able to come in earlier than my appointment to have it done. Dr. Stone is very nice and open and knowledgeable.

I have had a positive experience at Fuller Smiles! The exams have been thorough and efficient. Two fillings I had were about as painless as could be - and so far they have been running on time/able to get me in early when I arrived before my slot. FYI - there are a few spots in the parking lot with the sign that says “bank parking only” dedicated to Fuller Smiles. I didn’t notice this until my second appointment.
