Genuine Care Dental - Dentist, Dental Implants, Clear Braces, and Same Day

Absolutely no communication skills at all. Every time I call I have to explain my insurance coverage again, they sent me a text (which I missed because I was driving) 45 minutes before my appointment and then when I arrived for the appointment I sat there for 20 minutes before they told me my appointment was cancelled. Three days ago I called and spoke with Yolanda, I told them I was getting a new dentist and would they please send my records when the new office contacted them. She said "of course" now the new office called me and said GDC has no record of me calling them and cannot release my records. I have left 3 phone voice messages to call me over the last two days but I have not received a call back from GDC

Dr. Rong is a great family dentist. He's easy to talk to and always has his patient's care in mind.
My husband and I have been going to Dr. Rong for 2 years. We brought our 3 year old to him this weekend for the first time. Dr. Rong was amazingly patient (also helps to put on cartoons during the checkup) with our son. He also was gentle and quick with the check up because he knew our son wouldn't sit still for too long. Our son left the dentist with a positive experience.

My mom visited me from China. She suddenly had very severe toothache but doesn't have US insurance. Thanks to Doctor Rong, she was able to recover very soon. Doctor Rong is friendly and patient, even called me to check my mom after we left. So happy I found this place. Thanks, Doctor.

I was looking for a new dentist, so I went to one near my house. That clinic suggested two implants, a root canal or two, replacement of a few crowns, and a couple of fillings, but that I could probably get out for maybe $5K.
I went to Genuine Card Dental based on a referral from a friend. No crowns. 4 small cavities, a tooth that might need a root canal. But they suggested that a much less expensive (and newer) technology exists to try first - re-growing the enamel in the tooth (if I understand it properly). Estimate out of pocket for everything? had that procedure today, and we come back in 2 months to see if it took. If it does, total of of pocket will be about $800. Places like the one I first went to are known as 'dental mills' - don't get taken; go to Genuine Care Dental!

My mom feels very satisfied with the implants because Dr. Rong was very careful and considerate. He examined everything from her gums, bites, bones, and her general well-being to make sure everything was done properly. Dr. Rong also received a second opinion from another dentist for confirmation, increasing our confidence towards the procedure.
My mom is very happy that she went to Dr. Rong for her implants as she experienced little pain. She was impressed by his accuracy and, most of all, how Dr. Rong's services are very cost effective which gave her a big savings on the implant cost compared to other dentists.

In addition, the front desk receptionists and dental assistants are very nice and friendly helping her feel comfortable and relaxed during the treatment.

Dr. Rong is great! Very patient and understanding. He replaced my crown and made the whole experience very comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

Dr. Rong is the best. I have had to move around and get new dentists, and Dr.Rong has been the most caring dentist and orthodontist I could hope for. His approach and technique is always comfortable, and I hope to never have to move to a different dentist again.
