Walking in you walked in as family. His staff is kind and caring. Being someone who is very insecure about her teeth, Dr. Reid and staff made me comfortable and like I was part of their family. I wasn't expecting all the benefits that came with walking into his offices today. Education on hygiene and diet to keep teeth from ever having a cavity. Honesty and Intregrity. Was so happy I made the hour trip out to see him. Thank you Dr. Reid!

Dr. Reid is hands down the best dentist I have ever been to. In my opinion, he is one the best dentists in the United States. He is extremely helpful in explaining what he is doing and why he recommends doing it. For me, he used his BiteFX computer software to not only show why I had the problems I had, but what he could do to fix my situation. I had very bad occlusion and a lot of bad dentistry from bad habits as a kid. Dr. Reid fixed my bad dentistry and my bite. Furthermore, he is extremely personable. Almost every dentist I have been to is very stiff and uses big words that I don't understand. Dr. Reid is kind and extremely professional. His staff is equally as great. Everyone is awesome at his practice and I highly recommend everyone to use Dr. Reid as their dentist. In fact, most of my family uses Dr. Reid due to my recommendation. Some have traveled from out of state, just to visit Dr. Reid. He is the best and I am proud to have Dr. Reid as my dentist.

I came in to Dr. Baldwin‘s office to have a crown reset as we are traveling with our RV from Tillamook Oregon. The office was very clean. The staff was very professional. I was able to get a last minute appointment and have the work professionally done and I’m very happy with their services.

How would you like to have your best friend be your dentist? Someone you could absolutely trust and took the most personal interest in your teeth, where you would have no anxiety, no fear of someone working on your teeth, where all your questions were answered and procedures were fully explained.. That is what it is like going to Dr. Don's office.
Dr. Don and staff are as congenial and professional as they come, From Marilyn to Julie, to the rest of the staff one could not ask for a better team.
On top of that, as opposed to so many other doctor/dentist visits, when you have a 9 o'clock appointment, you are seen at 9 o'clock.
As in all professions there are A, B,C, D players. Some are better than others. If you want the best, if you want a truely A experience, I cannot too highly recommend Dr. Don Reid and his staff.

Dr. Reid is simply the best.
After going to multiple dentists in the Truckee/Reno area all I received was factory type dentists offices or places that seemingly just wanted to make a buck. Dr. Reid invited me in to his office and personally explained things to me that no dentist has ever taken the time to do. On a short timeline he completed multiple procedures in one appointment at a reasonable cost. To top it all off he personally called me and asked how I was feeling or if there were any issues hours after my appointment. You just don't get a dentist experience anywhere else than with Dr. Reid.
