Market Place Dentistry

Market Place Dentistry was a wonderful place for myself and my child. My child has hesitation to dentists (what kiddo doesn't?) and also has some significant sensory issues. Dr. Haque has a wonderful demeanor that put my child at ease, she was very sweet with my daughter. I had also been hesitating to go back to the dentist, but I was convinced by the experience my child had. I highly recommend their services!

I've been seeing Dr. Naz for a few years now after seeking a new dentist from a former one that was genuinely terrible. She's probably by far the best dental care that I've ever received and I never sweat coming into this place for my cleanings. Sharing my appointment with my husband this evening after driving an hour and a half from work to take care of my teeth. I could think of some better things to do but I really like going there. Her sense of humor is refreshing and entertaining while her execution was also thorough, timely and skillfully done. I am always in great hands. She is always taking the time to really let me know what she thinks.

I've seen a few terrible reviews related to appointments but Dr. Naz actually has computerized everything and really takes her time to give you the care you need. I recently had the opportunity to visit her local competition,-a practice that touted their green, technologically-advanced ways. My brother needed a ride. They had cool gadgets, and he got decent care for the service that he needed. The absolute, biggest difference between that practice and this one is the way Dr. Naz treats her patients. She has actually called me at home after hours to see how I am doing.

What more do you want people? Also - can you blame the lady for having good business? Heavily booked is a healthy sign.

Went here for invisalign treatment. Waste of 4 grand. They don't seem to know what they're doing. They would lose trays, give me the wrong tray, push back how long my treatment would take, and never got my retainer. I was supposed to get it in January, come March they call to say they need to retake measurements. Then Covid happened. Then they call and ask to come in for a cleaning randomly without any indication of giving me a retainer. Now my teeth are back to square one and are crooked. It's November.

If you are lucky enough to never have had to wait more than 20 minutes ,they must like you ,because I have personally been made to wait for a solid hour or longer on multiple occasions. It seems that they have a system were they favor one type of patient over another. They state that emergencies have to wait and that regular appointments come first. The doctor is good but the staff seems to mess you badly and places the patients they do not care for in for very long waits and are good at lying ,but they lie to such an extreme that when valid questions are presented the I don't know answer comes up time and again. They make false promises ,hang up on you and do not follow thru ,stating that they have more important patients to take care off,even if they dropped the ball on you several months ago and the Dr herself is unaware. The doctor herself is unaware of the fact that she has such terrible ,rude,inconsiderate ,biased and lying staff. The staff will lie to get out of having to answer a valid questin when their lies no longer add up. Wish the poor doctor hired more reputable and decent staff.

My husband and I have been one of Dr. Haque's patients for almost 7 years. Having experienced a number of different dentists, Dr. Haque is by far the most exceptional dentist we have had. We always feel like she advises us to get dental work that is strictly necessary. I've heard too many horror stories about other dentists that perform unnecessary work just to make an extra buck. This has not the case at all with Dr. Haque's office. She is a perfectionist and extremely good at what she does, but also has a good sense of humor and makes her patients feel very comfortable. This is extremely important to me and my husband. Market Place Dentistry and their office staff are extremely friendly and personable. Also, I've never seen a dental office with so much high-tech equipment and digital x-rays. They also do Invisalign and her portfolio of before and afters really speaks for itself. Highly recommended dentist!!!

My husband had a badly decayed tooth and a friend of ours gave a big recommendation for Dr Haque and Market Place Dentistry. She gave a long and thorough consultation, and advised us what would need to be done for all of the problems that showed up on the Xrays and Intraoral camera. She was honest and told us what could be held off, knowing fees can be an issue since we weren't far from our maximum. Amazing how quickly its reached.

Today I took my husband in for the root canal and he was so surprised at how easy it went. He had a separate root canal done 3 years ago by another dentist and it was horrible. He explained to Dr Haque ahead of time about his high tolerance to pain killers and the good doctor made sure they selected the correct injection before starting the procedure - which took less than 2 hours as apposed to the agonizing 3-4 hours with the other dentist. They advised Tylenol for pain, but so far there has been none, even after the injections wore off. If you really want to be taken care, call them.

My kids are always excited to see Dr. Naz--she's an excellent dentist. Her office manager has also helped me with some non-dental related issues on more than one occasion too. Everybody at Market Place Dentistry is amazing and I highly recommend them.

At age 19, my Dentist said "Here are some antibiotics and let me recommend an oral surgeon to extract that wisdom tooth for you." For a wide variety of reasons (mostly a heap of unfounded excuses) I put off that extraction for 22 years! Waiting for my procrastination medal in the mail. You can imagine that my anxiety had reached the stratosphere in the 22 years that followed that recommendation. I landed in Dr. Haque's caring and expert hands by the grace of fate. She might be the calmest person on the planet. She exudes a peaceful confidence that simply dissolved my decades long anxiety. After a few minutes of my counting specs on the ceiling (praying, I was PRAYING!), she calmly said, "it's out". Thank you Dr. Haque !!
